We had an amazing experience booking our ski trip through Firefly Collection. From the first inquiry to the end of our stay, everything was smooth and well-organized. Jess was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process, and the property we stayed at was perfect for our group. The on-the-ground team from Bramble Ski – especially our concierge – went above and beyond. I highly recommend Firefly Collection to anyone planning a holiday!

We stayed at firefly’s chalet lorne for 7 days in feb and I can not praise firefly enough. They out did themselves and were way above my expectations (which are pretty high). If anyone is looking for a ski holiday your first stop should be Firefly because they were the best.

Our family of 7 had a fantastic time in Meribel and the attention to detail - both in the accommodation and with the team members looking after us - was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept in touch daily!

We used Jess at Firefly to book our dream trip away to Val D’lsere last week!From initial contact when choosing our Chalet all the way through to check in Jess and her team were highly accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. The extra perks and security of booking through Firefly are definitely worth it!We will definitely be using Jess & Firefly to book our ski holiday again next year.We all couldn’t recommend them enough.

If you enjoy luxury, relaxing vacations in the French Alps, check out the Infinity Chalet. We took our 4 children and 6 month old grandson on a breathtaking trip to Chamonix. What a lovely vacation. Everything was perfect. Jay Moses was our amazing concierge who did an amazing job planning the itinerary and took care of every detail. Our private chef Arnaud and host Vickie were incredible! Our meals were so scrumptious that the kids wanted to eat the chalet versus restaurants because our chef meals were so much more delicious. Olivier Rosenberg (Oli Days) and Eric, our ski guides, gave us wonderful memories on the slopes and for Ray's birthday celebrations. Ask about La Folie Douce at Megeve for Apres Ski on a whole other level.The Infinity Chalet was wonderful. Many thanks to you and your team for an unforgettable experience.

Excellent recommendation from Firefly of a wonderful chalet in Morzine. Could not recommend them more highly - their service in finding us a place was fantastic, and then the actual chalet was out of this world (not to mention the amazing staff and the chefs that hosted us).

Fantastic experience with Florence and the Firefly collection. I gave her a really tough brief- 15 people in our party ages 2 to 65 and she respond with not only five brilliant options, but the one that hit the mark perfectly. Communication was brilliant before, during and after- their responsiveness in particular was noted. Thank you Firefly for helping us create a holiday to remember forever, we'll be back to you.

Fantastic company. For 3 years they have been planning my trips to EUROPE with my friends, groups have been 7-12 ppls. AMALFI COAST, CROATIA and PORTUGAL. All villa’s have been outstanding. The entire company is great to work with!! We had an amazing ski holiday with Firefly - they made everything so so easy, which was v useful with three babies in tow! The chalet was fantastic and Meg and the team were simply brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and everything was super efficiently. We will definitely be booking our next ski holiday through Firefly!

Our experience at Skyfall was perfect. The house is so well designed, comfortable, clean, with beautiful views and everything we needed at hand. Just outstanding!! The location is amazing, so close to everything.However, the most amazing thing has been the team behind our stay. Everyone was extremely profesional, polite and friendly. There was never any request, idea or need that wasn’t perfectly attended with a smile. A true five stars experience.This has been my first experience as a Firefly customer and I can only congratulate Meg from Firefly team on how the process has been from day one. We will certainly count on your professionalism for future occasions.

Incredible booking and travel experience! As a personal assistant I need to ensure I am well informed when I am booking a specific venue and location. I was extremely impressed by how responsive and detail oriented Firefly Collection were with my first booking and as a result of this, I am in the process of arranging several more over the next year! The first property exceeded all expectations and throughout the trip Meg was continually engaged to ensure everything was as expected. Meg's knowledge of each of the properties she suggested was exemplary and tailored to very specific requests. Firefly Collection are the embodiment of white glove service and I look forward to continuing to utilise their services going forward.
