Skiing all day is an exhausting business, so there is nothing quite like returning home to your luxury ski chalet at the end of the day to relax, knowing that a highly skilled chef is preparing a sumptuous feast for your dinner.
Your professionally trained chef will create a personalised menu perfectly tailored to your preferences. Most of our catered chalets also include a full team of staff to take care of you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. As well as a private chef to cook you delicious evening meals and prepare sumptuous breakfasts, your hosts will be on hand to mix your drinks just the way you like it, your housekeepers will keep your new home neat and tidy and your chauffeur will shuttle you to and from the ski lifts.
We’ve selected the best catered ski chalets from the best chalet operators, chosen for their quality of service and cuisine as well as the standard of the chalet.
The chefs are professionally trained with experience of cooking at the highest level so the dining experience at your chalet will be the highlight of your day. Many of the chefs at the Firefly Collection chalets have experience cooking in some of the top restaurants, serving Michelin-standard cuisine.
Although the chef at your chalet may have a particular style of cuisine that they specialise in, they are also able to adapt the style of cuisine to suit your preferences, so everything is just how you like it.
