Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
High season is usually mid-December to mid-April.

There’s nothing quite like having a private chef to whip up some culinary delights for you in the comfort of your own private luxury villa. Whether it be fine dining or a barbecue on the terrace, your private chef can create meals all to your tastes and preferences.
Here you will find all our luxury villas where the service of a private chef is included with your villa. What bliss. But do remember we can also arrange for a chef to come to any of the other villas. It’s all part of the service.
For the ultimate luxury service, some of our villas are offered with an ‘all-inclusive’ fully catered service. This means you will have a chef on hand to do breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with all food included in the rate. Then you don’t have to think about the costs adding up as you go through the week as it is all included at one fixed cost.
In some luxury villas with a catered service, such as Sa Punta de s’Aguila in Majorca the rate also includes unlimited soft drinks, beers, and house wines.
In many cases, the service level can be tailored to suit your preferences. A chef will be included in the service team to do breakfast and then either lunch or dinner. That format gives you the flexibility to sometimes cook for yourself, perhaps have a barbecue on the terrace, or dine out and sample the local restaurants.
You can then potentially upgrade the service to include extra dinners or lunches if required (subject to availability).
This flexibility gives you the ‘best of both worlds’ as you feel free to explore different eateries, sometimes dine out for lunch and sometimes for dinner, without feeling like you are paying for a service you are not having.
If you have younger children in the group your chef can prepare a healthy and tasty earlier supper for them so they can dine at a time that suits them.
The chefs at our luxury villas are professionally trained and experienced chefs who can adapt their style to suit the needs and preferences of your group. You may feel like a gourmet culinary adventure on one evening, but then something light and simple the next.
