Fantastic experience with Florence and the Firefly collection. Our experience at Skyfall was perfect. The house is so well designed, comfortable, clean, with beautiful views and everything we needed at hand. Just outstanding!! The location is amazing, so close to everything.However, the most amazing thing has been the team behind our stay. Everyone was extremely profesional, polite and friendly. There was never any request, idea or need that wasn’t perfectly attended with a smile. Incredible booking and travel experience! As a personal assistant I need to ensure I am well informed when I am booking a specific venue and location. Why should I book a luxury chalet through Firefly Collection?

We take the effort and stress out of finding and booking your ideal ski chalet or villa – all for no extra cost to you.

 

You can just tell us what you are looking for, and then we will find the best ski chalets that fit your requirements, dates and budget. 

 

We are an independent agency, not tied to any particular properties, so we search the whole market for you and give you impartial advice on the best options.

 

There are hundreds of ski resorts, and if you only spend a few days skiing a year, you can’t be expected to know all of them. We can recommend resorts that are perfect for your group if you are still deciding where to go.

 

That means there is no need for you to trawl the internet for hours, trying to find a suitable property, contacting multiple companies, checking rates and availability separately, and hoping they are what they say they are. We do all that for you.

 

Because we have decades of experience, we know which are the best chalet operators and best chalets in each resort and in each price range.

 

We visit the properties ourselves, stay in the chalets, experience the service, sample the cuisine and meet chalet teams – we know which ones deliver and which ones don’t.

 

Then once you have chosen your chalet, we go above and beyond to ensure your luxury ski vacation is the best it can be. Our team is by your side, doing all the hard work.

How does Firefly get us the best price?
Firstly, we don’t add any fees for our service. The rates we quote are the same rates quoted by the property themselves.
 
What’s more, because we have strong relationships with the chalet operators, we can sometimes negotiate a discounted rate for you.
 
We always pass on any price reductions to you in full, so you won’t find a lower price anywhere else.
What is the cost for Firefly Collection's service?
There is no extra cost over the normal rental cost of the property for our services.
 
We don’t add any markup or fees to the chalet price for our service.
 
The rates we quote to you are the exact same rates as the property would quote you directly.
Can Firefly Collection arrange flights and airport transfers?
We don’t book flights but we can assist you with booking transfers from the airport to your ski accommodation.
 
Once you’ve booked your flights, just let us know the details and we will get you a quotation from one of our preferred transfer companies. We can advise you on the closest airports for your chalet.

What is included with a Firefly chalet?
The service level and inclusions vary from property to property, so there is no standard list.
 
We work with dozens of leading chalet operators and each of our 700+ chalets is special in its own way. Our portfolio ranges from the finest chalets with teams of staff including chefs, butlers, drivers, hosts, and housekeepers, to self-catered deluxe chalets and everything in between.
 
If you have particular service requirements for your chalet holiday, our experts will gladly provide options to suit.
 
The specific inclusions for each property will be noted on your proposal.
Which resort should I go to?
Having lived and worked in ski resorts and been on innumerable ski trips all over the Alps, our team know the ski resorts inside out.
 
Whether you are looking for a lively resort with great après-ski, or an easy, family-friendly resort to take the children, we can help. Perhaps you have non-skiers in your group? Or would you like to travel to the Alps in the summer?
 
So if you are wondering where would be best for your group, our experts are happy to advise.
 
We know the Alps like the back of our hands. And those hands are wrapped around ski poles as often as possible.
How do I find out the prices and availability of the chalets?
To give you a rough idea of the pricing of each property, we include a ‘From’ and a ’To’ price on each property page, which generally speaking, is a low season rate and a high season rate.
 
If you would like to know the rate and availability for a chalet for a particular week, please get in touch.
 
Just let us know what you are looking for and we can also suggest similar luxury ski chalets that are available for your preferred dates, to match your budget and requirements.
 
Then you can choose your favourite, without the legwork.
How do I book these chalets?
Once you’ve decided which chalet you would like to book just let us know and we will secure it with the chalet operator. We then send you the booking contract with the booking terms and an invoice to make the payment.
 
Your booking contract will be directly with the chalet operator, rather than Firefly Collection, so the exact booking terms vary from operator to operator.
Can I add my chalet to the collection?
We are very selective about which properties are invited to be part of the Firefly Collection, but if you think your property has what it takes, please email us at enquiries@firefly-collection.com with the details for consideration.
How do I know that Firefly Collection is genuine?
Firefly Collection has been operating since 2011 and we are a UK registered company at Companies House.

We have built up a very good reputation amongst our clients, chalet partners and the suppliers we work with.

All of our team members regularly go on trips to the Alps to view and stay in the chalets and meet the chalet operators personally.
