Perched in a quiet little enclave, this self-catered apartment is positioned to enjoy the best of everything. Apartment Cantarella is a luxury ski chalet in Verbier, spread over two storeys and with plenty of space for every guest to enjoy a little peace and quiet as well as gather together.
The interior is light, airy and contemporary, offering a modern twist on traditional chalet style, with light woods, floor-to-ceiling windows and rustic accessories and artworks.
You’ll wake each morning in super-comfy beds in peaceful bedrooms with the sunlight, peeking around the edges of the curtains, calling you to the slopes. Each bedroom has a private or ensuite bathroom where you can get ready slowly and mindfully before a relaxed breakfast in the dining area or perhaps even at the alfresco dining space out on the terrace. There’s nothing like the mountain air (and a coffee or two) to get you going in the morning.
The nearest ski lift is only a 10-minute walk away so you can always be first out on the slopes if you want to. Apartment Cantarella has a private ski locker within the shared ski room, so it’s really easy to get ready to head out onto the slopes and there’s somewhere to kick off all your ski gear when you get home, too.
After a busy day out on Verbier’s slopes, we highly recommend a long soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub and a little while spent in the outdoor sauna, which has its own shower room adjacent. Once you’ve warmed through, dried off and slipped into something more comfortable, perhaps catch a film in the seperate TV room in the late afternoon.
If you’re not heading out to Verbier’s bright lights for dinner, cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. Top up your drinks, collapse into the huge, squashy sofas in the living room with the roaring fire and catch up with the rest of your party on the day’s adventures before dinner. Wherever your evening takes you, before you retire for the night, do pop out to the terraces with a nightcap and enjoy a little star-spotting in this most magical of locations.

Apartment Cantarella is perched in a quiet spot on the Chemin du Temple, away from the bustle of Verbier but still within easy reach of all the action.
The Medran lift station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, putting you in prime position to be first out on the powder in the mornings. Meanwhile, Place Centrale and all the shops and restaurants of central Verbier are just a three-minute walk away.
Geneva airport is approximately 2 hours away.

If you’re eating out, we love Chez Dany, an iconic Verbier eatery up in the pretty hamlet of Clambin, renowned for its organic cheese fondue. For more local fare from the Val de Bagnes region, served in the centre of town, you can’t go wrong with a delicious meal at L’Ecurie.
Apartment Cantarella has a welcoming and modern dining area, with a chandelier overhead and wooden table that can comfortably seat 10, with bench seating down one side if you need to squeeze more guests in for dinner. The kitchen area overlooks the dining table and is really well equipped, making it an ideal entertaining space. The outdoor terrace has its own eating area, too, so you can take your breakfast outside with you and enjoy the mountain air as you get ready for the day ahead.
For an additional fee, your concierge will be happy to provide a pre-arrival shopping service so that your fridge and cupboards are fully stocked when you arrive.

Apartment Cantarella is a family-friendly luxury ski chalet where you can relax knowing the kids’ needs are taken care of.
The apartment has a quad bunk room, specially designed for younger visitors, where they can find their own space to hunker down away from the grown-ups, decked out with twinkly fairy lights, faux-fur throws and kid-friendly furniture. An en-suite shower room and guest toilet mean parents can enjoy their own en-suite bathrooms all to themselves too.
The open-plan living space offers lots of room to play, but there is also a separate TV room, perfect for cosying up with a film after ski school. The outdoor space in the garden is perfect for somewhere to run around and burn off any left over energy.
