The main living spaces are all open plan, allowing everyone to be really sociable. The comfy sofas gathered around a flatscreen TV are just the spot to gather and lounge with a drink or two when you return from the slopes. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all light and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Why not step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh mountain air. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a bottle of bubbly, the Matterhorn view will transform any everyday moment into something special.
A real perk of staying at Apartment Matten is the shared wellness area with a gym, massage treatment area and outdoor hot tub (which can be booked in advance for private use) where you can ease weary muscles after a day on the slopes.

Situated close to the village centre, a 3-minute walk away, Apartment Matten is super convenient both for skiing and enjoying all this resort has to offer. The Klein Matterhorn lift is 5-minute walk or 2 minutes on the ski-bus.
Zermatt is a car-free resort which has a railway station, so guests often arrive by train.

Apartment Matten is offered on a self-catered basis for those who prefer cooking for themselves. There’s a fully fitted Pollinger kitchen with granite work tops and ceramic hobs, open-plan to the dining area so you can be sociable while you cook. The dining table seats 6 so there’s plenty of room for you all to sit around and enjoy a leisurely meal.
