Apartment Montmayeur is part of Les Airelles’ Mademoiselle hotel, the only five-star hotel in the area that allows guests to ski right up to the front door.
Mademoiselle is perfectly positioned for keen skiers who wake up itching to explore the mountain as the two central ski lifts, the Olympique and TC 10 in Solaise are located right by the hotel.
The nearest airport is Chambery which is just under 2 hours drive away. Both Geneva and Lyon are approximately 3 hours away.

For breakfast and lunch, we love JOIA, a concept restaurant that is beautiful but informally comfortable, or La Terrasse, from where you can enjoy the best of the fresh air and views. In the evenings, don’t miss out on the traditional Savoyard dishes served at Le Carnotzet.

Kids
Children are included in every part of a stay at Apartment Montmayeur, with all sorts of services on offer that surpass even the most family-friendly luxury ski hotels.
The Children’s Kingdom club is fabulously kitted out in Merlin-the-Wizard style, with immersive murals of giant mushrooms and fairytale castles, and a space packed with age-appropriate games consoles, computers, arcade games and wooden toys. Open all day, the club has no age restrictions and kids can take part in a range of workshops from art to cookery and much more. There are also many activities on offer, whether your children want to go dog sledding or ice skating, or learn to perform magic tricks. There’s also a kids’ swimming pool, modelled on the Lascaux caves and designed by one of the Harry Potter set designers; it really couldn’t be any more magical.
The shared cinema is the ideal place for kids to chill out after a morning at ski school.
Slightly older children will love being able to visit the spa for specially designed treatments for young people, such as the four new experiences for 6-12 year olds, including the Winter Bonding treatment, which they can enjoy alongside their parents.
