Room for everyone both to gather together and find a little space apart.
The property has been thoughtfully designed in rustic woods and stone and a neutral, dark palette for a boutique hotel feel. The largest of the living spaces has a statement stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that slide right back to give access to the property’s balconies. It’s a wonderful space for you all to get together in the evenings for a few drinks, and there are still two more smaller living spaces where the kids can escape to watch a film together or you can disappear to with a book or a snooze.
There are two ski rooms, so there’s never any waiting around to get your ski gear on in the morning, and everything will always be dry and ready and waiting for you when you want to get back out on the snow.
For quiet afternoons following a morning on the slopes, the spa facilities are second to none, with sauna, steam room, yoga and fitness studio as well as a spacious relaxation area where you can just sit and ‘be’ following your treatments.
But the jewel in this property’s crown must be its games and party room. In here is a private bar, darts board, football table and pinball machines. There’s also a multimedia room and a private cinema all at your disposal. So whether you want to throw a private screening for your friends, enjoy a laid-back gathering or throw the party to end all parties, it’s all here for you.
At the end of the day, you’ll retire to wonderful bedrooms that are all unique in their own way. Each has something that makes it special – it might be a freestanding bathtub, a piece of vintage furniture or a cosy private living space, and each has a luxury bathroom and its own terrace entrance so you can bid the mountains goodnight with a nightcap or greet the sun with a cup of steaming coffee first thing in the morning.

Location
Arla Luxury Home is located right in the middle of all the skiing action in the Tannberg region of Lech. The blue Schlegelkopf piste is conveniently located across the road, offering almost ski-in/ski-out access. From here, it is a short ski down to the nearest Schlegelkopfbahn lift station.
The village centre is also a short walk away, approximately 3 minutes, where you can explore the bars, restaurants and shops in Lech.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

Dining
Offered on a bed & breakfast basis, an extensive breakfast is served each morning so you can enjoy a more relaxing start to the day.
If you prefer, you can also opt for a fine dining menu or half board at Aurelio’s, the gourmet restaurant in the adjoining hotel, either in the restaurant itself or in your chalet. Alternatively, a private chef can be arranged to keep you well fed and watered at all times, whether you want simple comfort food on the sofa, gourmet private dining or local specialities such as fondue and raclette. The team can also arrange wine tastings, cookery classes and events for you, if you’re celebrating a special occasion during your stay.
There’s lots to do in Lech in all seasons and it’s particularly known for its gastronomy. This property is walking distance from many fabulous eateries. We particularly like having lunch on Zur Kanne’s terraces, and for an evening meal you won’t forget, Griggeler Stuba always serves wonderful, seasonal dishes made from local ingredients.
