The exclusive Brunnenhof Residence is a stunning collection of 14 apartments in an idyllic resort of Lech. Guests staying at the residence have access to it’s fantastic shared facilities, including a spa with Hammam, sauna and a beautiful swimming pool.
Making up the entire top floor is the luxurious Brunnenhof Penthouse. A thoughtfully designed and spacious apartment to call home while you make the most of your time in a firm favourite Austrian resort. The open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows is bathed in natural sunlight and lends itself excellently to a relaxing and sociable evening with family or friends. The sophisticated kitchen and dining room amplifies this luxury self-catered experience, with ample room for up to 10 guests to enjoy some culinary delights.
Behind the living area, you’ll find a cosy separate TV room where you can get tucked in for a movie night or curl up with a good book.
The four sleek wooden-clad bedrooms are each equipped with an en-suite, and beckon guests to unwind after a day on the slopes. One of the double bedrooms has an adorable bunk-bed, perfect for a family who like to have their little ones close by.
Brunnenhof Penthouse is located in the charming village of Lech with everything close at hand. The centre of the village, with all its shops bars and restaurants, is just a 10mins walk away and only 3mins by car.
The nearest Schlosskopf chairlift is approximately 6 minutes walk away, followed by the Schleggelkopf lift which is around 12 minutes walk.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

But if you prefer a more relaxing start to the day, you can opt for a B&B service during your stay with continental breakfast provided each morning, set up and cleared away for you.
For cosy nights in and if you wish to cater for yourselves in your luxury ski apartment, the well-equipped kitchen can be pre-stocked with your favourite groceries.

There is a set of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms, so little ones can can sleep close to Mum and Dad. To help you travel lighter, cots and highchairs can be provided if travelling with very littles ones.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:

Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
