Cassiopeia House is the largest of two luxury villas sitting amidst olive groves and elegant cypresses on the private headland of the Kassiopia Estate. Their contemporary, elegant style was created by a Norman Foster-trained architect and was influenced by Venetian architecture blended with Corfiot features.
Live life in the slow lane, relaxing beside the infinity pool and ambling down to the private cove for picnics by the sea. Or go full throttle with lavish entertainment and adrenaline-fuelled sports. Family retreat or celebration venue, there is plenty of space and room for up to 14 guests, and many different ways to savour the pleasures of Cassiopeia House. And, if you hire both this and neighbouring Atolikos House, you get a private chef included too during July and August too.
Standing on the majestic terrace looking out over your estate, there are several paths in view. In one direction it’s a 15 minute stroll to the little harbour village of Kassiopi with its traditional shops and bars. Another path descends to the cove and shared jetty, where you can jump in your hired boat to explore hidden beaches and waterside tavernas. Cassiopeia House is a very classy hidden gem.
Every comfort is provided, from the luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to the plethora of games equipment. Dust off your table tennis and table football skills in the courtyard while the barbecue is sizzling and the cocktails are being mixed at the poolside bar and kitchen. You could spend entire days reclining on the cushions of the Moroccan style pool lounge. There’s even a second small pool which is perfect for little ones.
Everything is kept immaculately clean by your housekeeper and there is a concierge to make all your arrangements. Perhaps you fancy riding horses through the countryside, or practising pilates by the pool. Your concierge can book massages and beauty treatments, nannies and babysitting. You could have Cassiopeia House ready stocked with groceries and fine wines, and arrange for meals to be delivered. You can attend local art classes, go sailing or play golf or tennis. The options are endless!
Location
Cassiopeia House is one of two properties on the Kassiopia Estate, a private 5 acre headland on the North East coast of Corfu. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the harbour of Kassiopi where you will find shops, bars and restaurants.
This luxury villa is approximately a 1 hour drive from Corfu Town, the airport and ferry port.

Cassiopeia House sleeps up to 14 people in 7 spacious double bedrooms.
Bedroom one
Double bedroom with super king-sized bed off of the courtyard, private terrace leading out to a terrace with Jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi corner bath.
Bedroom two
Twin bedroom off of the courtyard with private terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom three
Double bedroom with super-king sized bed on the lower ground floor with access to a shared covered terrace and an en-suite shower room.
Bedrooms four and five
Twin/double bedrooms on the lower ground floor with access to a shared covered terrace and en-suite shower rooms.
Bedroom six
Double bedroom on the lower ground with private terrace.
Bedroom seven
Twin bedroom on the lower ground floor with access to a shared covered terrace.
Bedrooms six and seven can be made into an independent suite if required. (A door in the passageway can be closed to shut off these two bedrooms forming a bedroom suite, combined with seating, study area and bathroom).

Whether you prefer to do your own thing, or to be utterly pampered, we can make all the arrangements to ensure you have the very best time here. A private chef could be on hand to whip up delicious gourmet meals all day long, leaving you free to relax beside the pool while someone else does all the work. After all, you may not want to spend your precious holiday time shopping for ingredients, cooking and clearing up afterwards.
If you prefer things low key, we can arrange for the villa to be pre-stocked with all the kitchen essentials, at an additional cost. Just let us know in advance. And don’t worry about stocking up with drinks either, because we can arrange a wine cellar full of French wines and Champagnes to be at your disposal, and we can make sure that all your favourite drinks are ready and waiting for your arrival.
You are only charged for the food, drink and services that you use, so your stay can be as extravagant as you wish. Perhaps you are thinking of dining out at atmospheric little Greek tavernas every night, perhaps you might like one or two evenings at home with a chef-cooked feast laid out before you. It’s entirely up to you.
When Cassiopeia House and Atolikos House are taken at the same time – the villa rental includes the services of a chef and chef’s assistant (only available in July in August).

Kids
Private and spacious, this luxury villa is an ideal summer sanctuary for families. Snorkelling from the private jetty, splashing in the children’s pool or playing games in the courtyard – kids have plenty to keep them active at Cassiopeia House.
With beautiful sun terraces and shady nooks, the children will adapt easily to the laid-back outdoor life of the Mediterranean. Barbecued food, boat trips out to local beach restaurants and the possibility of chef-cooked meals at home all help to make this an exciting adventure. And having a concierge at your beck and call means that any requests can be sorted out in a jiffy.
Although it sits in extensive private grounds, the villa is only a 15 minute walk from the nearest village, and there are many activities and sports on offer, from horse riding to sailing to fishing trips. Your concierge can make helpful suggestions, organise childcare and babysitting, and draw up a full itinerary for the kids if you so wish. Nothing is too much trouble.
