At this luxury ski chalet in Meribel, rooms are flooded with light, thanks to the large windows that showcase the views over the fir treetops to the Meribel Valley and Mont Vallon beyond. Light wood and statement lighting add to the elegant, airy feel. Kick back and warm yourselves by the fire in the vaulted living room while you catch up with the rest of your party and admire the mountain views.
There’s plenty of space for your group to spread out here, with a comfy TV area just off the main living room, plus a separate home cinema room for a movie marathons.
If more R&R is required, make for the sauna, Hammam and indoor Jacuzzi, where mood lighting creates an atmosphere of total zen. But if you’re still feeling energetic, you can make use of the chalet’s gym equipment.
Sweet dreams are assured in the spacious and soothing bedrooms. Bag the master suite on the top floor for your own dressing room and a private balcony – the ideal spot for a peaceful morning coffee in your toasty robe out in the fresh mountain air.
Chalet Altius sits in the peaceful La Renarde neighbourhood, a five-minute drive from the centre of Meribel.
When taken on a catered basis, an in-resort driver service is provided to whisk you to and from town and the slopes.
The nearest airport is Chambery at 1 hour 20 minutes away. Geneva and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours away.

Guests can look forward to delicious dining at Chalet Altius. This luxury catered chalet in Meribel includes a daily cooked and continental breakfast, which is sure to fuel you up ahead of a day on the slopes.
The scent of freshly baked afternoon tea will greet you on your return to the chalet.
Dinner service begins with canapés and Champagne served by the fire before the main event: a four-course evening meal created by your private chef, washed down with a hand-picked selection of house wines. After dinner, glasses can be topped up with spirits from the complimentary drinks tray.
Afternoon tea, canapés and dinner will be served six nights per week, leaving you one evening free to dine out in Meribel.

A double bunk bedroom shares a bathroom with a double room, creating a perfect family suite.
An early children’s supper is served six days per week, so while their little tummies are full and minds are dreaming away, you can enjoy later mealtimes and grown-up conversations.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:

Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
