The perfect combination of smart sophistication and laid-back living, Chalet Coco is a luxury ski chalet in the Three Valleys that will suit any group of family or friends. Restored to its current high standards from what was once a barn, a stay here feels more like a trip to a good friend’s home (albeit a friend with fabulous taste and wonderful facilities) than any ordinary luxury ski holiday.
The vaulted wooden ceilings and huge picture windows give you a sense of light and space and allow you to really make the most of the property’s stunning location and jaw-dropping views. And if you want to get more up close and personal with that view, there is a lovely south-facing terrace surrounding the property that’s just asking to be enjoyed with a pre-dinner drink or a late evening nightcap.
Those of you who really like to get down with the scenery on your luxury ski holiday will enjoy the outdoor hot tub, which is nestled in a quiet corner of the garden and has views of the mountains from every seat. After a day on the slopes around St. Martin, it’s the perfect way to relax and revive aching muscles before heading inside for a delicious meal prepared by your private chef.
Indoors, this luxury chalet has been thoughtfully renovated in a cosy but contemporary style with lots of little touches that give it a character all of its own. The open-plan living and dining spaces are separated by a three-sided feature fireplace that warms both areas beautifully. Large sofas, an Apple TV and stacks of board games make the living space a lovely spot to spend time with friends and family. Close by, the modern but welcoming dining room comfortably seats ten and always looks enchanting decked out in table linens, sparkling glassware and flickering candles for the evening.
The rustic kitchen gives your chef plenty of space to prepare mouthwatering meals for you, and plenty of space for you to sit and watch, a glass of something cold in your hand, as he cooks up a storm.
After a day on some of the best slopes in the world on your luxury ski holiday you’ll feel pleased to retreat to luxury en-suite bedrooms where every towel, pillow and dressing gown is as fluffy as the snow outside first thing in the morning.
This luxury ski chalet in the Three Valleys is located just outside the pretty village of St. Martin de Belleville, in Villarabout. It’s a short chauffeured drive to both the slopes and the centre of the village.
Geneva Airport is approximately 2 hours 30 minutes drive away.

Excellent food and drink is one of the cornerstones of life at Chalet Coco.
Each morning you will wake to a hearty breakfast of cereals, porridge, pastries and fruit as well as a cooked special on five mornings out of seven at this luxury ski chalet, anything from eggs benedict to crispy bacon on pancakes.
When you come in from your day’s skiing, tea, coffee and hot chocolate are ready for you with homemade cakes, breads and jams to refuel you after a few hours on the slopes.
The evening is kicked off with aperitifs and canapés on five evenings around the roaring fire. Then you will sit down to a delicious meal prepared by your chef.
The menus at Chalet Coco aim for simplicity, beautifully executed, using local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Bread is from the artisan baker in the village and the chef also uses a local butcher and cheesemonger. Fine wines are specially selected to accompany your meals at this luxury ski chalet. After petit-fours and a French cheeseboard, you might like to retire to the fire with after-dinner drinks.
