A peaceful retreat with a modern rustic feel, this luxury ski chalet in La Tania makes for a beautiful bolthole for a large group of family or friends.
If you like to get straight out onto the snow and get a flying start ahead of the crowd, then you will love this mountain lodge. It sits just 50 metres from the piste, getting back to this peaceful chalet is a real treat after a day out on the snow.
The chalet is arranged over three floors, with the top floor housing the main open-plan living area. After a day on the slopes, leave your equipment in the boot room and make your way to the comfy sofas by the roaring open fire in the living room with the rest of your party and catch up on all the adventures everyone has had during the day.
The ground floor hosts a media room with a smart TV and games console, just made for lounging. It’s a great place for kids to escape to and watch films while the adults catch up in the main living space.
If you feel in need of a bit of pampering, head out to the hot tub to warm through every slopes-weary muscle in your body and find your mojo again for the evening’s fun.
Whether you’ve come here for the fantastic skiing, the gourmet food, or just a bit of me-time on the mountain, the experienced staff will ensure your cares are left at the door and your only duty here is the business of fun and relaxation.
Chalet de Mon Père is positioned just 50 metres away from the green Plan Fontaine piste which leads to the main La Tania gondola.
In addition to that, the chalet has an in-resort chauffeur service so you can very easily drive down to drop kids off at ski school or pop into the resort centre.
The nearest airports are Chambery and Grenoble, both of which are approximately 2 hour’s drive, whilst Geneva is approximately 2hrs 30mins away.

During your stay at Chalet de Mon Père, your private chef will be on hand to cater to your entire party’s needs to ensure your complete relaxation and all dietary needs are catered for.
A delicious breakfast is prepared for you each morning to set you up for a day on the slopes. When you return to your chalet, you’ll sit down by the fire to a hearty afternoon tea with hot drinks to warm you through.
On five evenings, pre-dinner drinks and canapés are served while your chef prepares a fabulous meal for you all, accompanied by carefully selected house wines. You’ll have two evenings a week to sample the local restaurants and your chalet hosts will be more than happy to make recommendations and bookings.
Your chef will also be happy to organise an early children’s tea so that the little ones can have a more relaxed meal early evening and adults can kick back a bit post-bedtime.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:

Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
