Lounge in the Jacuzzi hot tub with your friends, enjoy a soothing massage or steam, or take a yoga class in the dedicated yoga studio. If there’s time once you’ve emerged from your spa cocoon, why not pop into the cinema room for a movie matinee? Or spend a few hours curled up in the library with a good book and your own excellent company.

But this is also a chalet that was designed with socialising in mind. Built for partying as well as enjoying more intimate gatherings, the living and dining spaces are wonderful places to catch up with friends and loved-ones and relive all the best moments of the day, while your private chef whips up meals you’ll remember for a long time after.

After dinner, we recommend you take drinks out onto the beautiful terraces that overlook the Matterhorn. The views here need to be experienced to be believed; no photograph really does them justice. And late at night, when you’re out on the terrace with just a glass of good wine and the imposing mountain for company, there’s no better place to be.
