With staggering views of the Meribel valley, Chalet Genepi offers a lot more than a little hope. Sleeping up to 14 guests across seven en-suite bedrooms, this charming ski chalet has everything you have been looking for in your luxury ski chalet in the 3 Valleys.
A glorious first floor, open plan living and dining area keeps your group together whilst they relay stories of the day zipping around the mountains. In the evenings, kick back and warm yourselves by the fire while you catch up with the rest of your party. After dinner, retreat back to the roaring fire or out onto the balconies with a night cap to watch the stars twinkling over the mountains.
The south facing views down the valley are stunning and there’s nowhere better to enjoy this than in the bubbling hot tub outside on the terrace. Alternatively, you might like to sneak off to the sauna to ease away any aches and pains from your skiing day.
Located just 50 metres from the nearest piste, serious skiers will be out on the slopes within seconds and can ski back to the chalet via the domain in good snow conditions. Traditional Savoyard good looks and an enviable position, facing south over the Meribel Valley makes Chalet Genepi a wonderful winter bolthole.

Location
This luxury ski chalet is situated in the very exclusive Domaine de Burgin, a private development in the Belvedere area of Meribel. It has an almost ski-in/ski-out access, approx. 50m from the Georges Maudit piste (red run, best suited for intermediate/advanced skiers).
When taken on a catered basis, an in-resort driver service is provided to whisk you to and from town and the ski lifts.
The nearest airports are Chambery which is 1h 15m away, Lyon 1h 55m and Geneva, a 2h 10m drive away.

Dining
If good food is a cornerstone of any holiday for you, Chalet Genepi won’t disappoint. Your chef and host are on hand throughout your stay to ensure you are always well fed and every glass is permanently charged.
Each morning you’ll wake to the aroma of a cooked breakfast being prepared. For those who prefer a lighter option there is also local yoghurt, muesli, cereals and freshly baked bread with jams. Whatever you choose you’ll be well set up for a morning’s skiing. On your return, afternoon tea is served, with tea and coffee and home-baked treats to warm you through.
There’s just enough time to unwind in the hot tub or take in a film before Champagne and canapés are served. Then you’ll gather round the dining table for a four-course feast all accompanied by hand-selected wines.
On your chef’s day off, the staff will be able to help with recommendations and bookings for local restaurants.
Chalet Genepi can also be taken on a self-catered basis if you prefer to explore different restaurants in Meribel. But if you don’t feel like going out and prefer to cook yourselves, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to make cooking a pleasure.

Kids
This is a fantastic chalet for those with children – everything you could possibly need has been carefully catered for.
They’ll enjoy splashing away in the outdoor hot tub, so swim-wear is priority on the packing list. Later in the evening, they can sneak away for a game of table tennis.
Most of the double bedrooms can also be configured as twins, giving maximum flexibility no matter how many children are in your group. If with tiny ones, baby cots and highchairs can be supplied.
Nannies and babysitters can also be organised on request.
