Uninterrupted mountain views as epic as those from Chalet Goldilocks are usually reserved for the outskirts of ski resorts, but this luxury pad is just a 10 minute stroll from central Morzine – what’s not to love.
The state of the art chalet is spread across three floors and provides all the space you’d need to holiday as a big group, with four spacious bedrooms plus a kids bunk room. The sociable, open-plan living spaces are found on the top floor of the chalet and include a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, an al-fresco balcony dining area, and an elegant living room up in the wooden eaves. Down on the first floor there is also a large cinema room, for cosy movie nights after a day on the slopes.
Throughout the chalet the décor is stylish and contemporary, and everything has been finished to the highest standard. In the living areas, bright blue features have been used to bring vibrancy to the otherwise neutral colour palette, which features lots of beautiful natural materials such as marble, wicker and exposed timber. Huge glass windows and doors stretch from floor to ceiling and fill the space with light – and of course those epic mountain vistas. Meanwhile, in the bedrooms, the décor is similarly elegant, with calming colours and hotel-quality soft furnishings that’ll make it hard to get out of bed in the morning.
When it comes to staying entertained at Chalet Goldilocks, there’s plenty to keep you occupied. Of course there’s the cinema room, but there’s also a gym and you have your own private garden with a hot tub. So head outside and soak under star-filled skies before sipping a drink or two around the fire pit – après ski doesn’t get any better.
The centre of Morzine is a 10 minute walk from Chalet Goldilocks, where you’ll also find the nearest Super Morzine ski lift just across the footbridge. From here, head up onto the pistes of Avoriaz and enjoy some of the best skiing in Europe.
Should you wish to explore the Morzine – Les Gets ski area, the Pleney lift is a further 5 minute stroll away. In the resort centre you’ll find plentiful shops, bars and restaurants, meaning you’ll want for nothing on holiday here.
The nearest airport is in Geneva, approximate 1hr 20mins drive away.

The ‘Hosted Dining’ service includes a host to help you lay out and serve breakfast before providing a shuttle service to the lifts once you’re ready to go skiing. In the afternoon, they will start to prepare for dinner, laying out the table and getting your evening meal kit ready – you can work with them in whichever way suits your group. The host will then clear down following your main course, leaving you in privacy to enjoy your dessert. On the two nights out a host will be available to provide a taxi service between your chalet and a restaurant.
The ‘Full Dining Pack’ services includes supplies for breakfast, snacks, four dinners and a range of drinks during your stay meaning all you have to worry about is enjoying time on the slopes and relaxing in your luxury property.
Morzine centre has many supermarkets, grocers and delis making it easy to pick up anything you need to cook with, or, for an extra cost, organise for one of the team to do the shop for you.
On days where you feel like ‘stepping out’ for meals, make sure you take advantage of the resort’s many restaurants either on the mountainside or in the village centre.

Do child-friendly chalet amenities get better than a hot tub and a dedicated cinema room? No matter what ages your kids are, they’re sure to love Chalet Goldilocks just as much as you – as long as you let them take full advantage of movie nights and starlit hot tub soaks.
To add to the excitement, the firepit outside in the garden is the ideal place to toast marshmallows or s’mores after the slopes, and the balcony views are perfect for shooting enviable TikTok content.
At bedtime, you can pile the kids into the bunk room – where they’ll no doubt fall asleep swapping stories like they’re at a sleepover.
