Get back to nature on your ski holiday in this beautiful light-filled luxury ski chalet, located right on the banks of the Arve river in Chamonix, and decked out in a combination of birch wood and granite. As the sun streams into the living spaces, you almost feel you could be outside in a forest on a bright winter’s day. Both floors of Chalet Granit are enclosed by a terrace, too, so you get a real sense of the outdoors and can step outside and enjoy the stunning scenery any time.

The ground-floor terrace boasts a sunken hot tub, the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. On the upper floor, as well as the spacious living areas you would expect, there is also a mezzanine games/playroom, perfect for children to call their own or to enjoy a little quiet time.

There’s lots to keep every member of your party busy in the gorgeous little hamlet of Argentiere near Chamonix with access to a cinema room, sauna, library and wine cellar.

With a talented chef and waiting staff on hand, you’ll be able to enjoy all the benefits of the privacy of your own home, hidden away from the crowds.

Chamonix is a buzzing town all year round, and Chalet Granit is ideal for a summer chalet rental in the Alps. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, it also has a shared outdoor swimming pool to enjoy (for summer use only).

Location

Chalet Granit is located in Argentière, a 15 minute drive from Chamonix. The chalet is part of a complex of just four properties called Les Rives d’Argentière, and is walking distance from the Grands Montet ski lift.

The nearest airport is Geneva, just under an hour’s drive and the Chamonix heliport is 10 minutes away.

Chalet Granit can be combined with Chalet Cristal to make the larger Chalet Quartz to sleep up to 23 people, which is ideal for large or corporate groups.

Eating

You won’t have to lift a finger food-wise at Chalet Granit. Your private chef and waiting staff are always on hand to keep everyone well fed.

Continental breakfast is served every morning, as well as cooked breakfast on six mornings to fuel you for a day’s skiing. On your return, afternoon tea and cakes are served.

Before dinner, you’ll enjoy drinks and appetisers as you chat and catch up with the rest of your party, then it’s to the table for a gourmet four-course meal along with specially selected fine wines.

On the chef’s 2 nights off, the chalet assistant will be delighted to assist you in book you a restaurant in nearby Chamonix.

Chalet Granit is also available on a self-catered basis.
