Chalet Juno is a luxury ski chalet, which has been carefully designed using rough-hewn woods, stone and other natural materials, which together create a homely feel to this stylish property.
In the cosy living space, huge windows frame the mountain views, and a roaring fire and comfy sofas makes you feel instantly cosy; the perfect spot to gather with friends for good wine, good conversation, maybe even a game of chess! Throughout the communal spaces, statement lighting and modern art bring contemporary character to the traditional Alpine style. The modern dining area is a great space in which to enjoy family meals prepared by your welcoming host and feels beautifully cosy in the evenings under the twinkling lights.
On chilly afternoons, once you’ve been warmed through by afternoon tea, there’s plenty to keep you busy at Chalet Juno. You could make popcorn and all pile into the home cinema room for a movie matinee. Or perhaps head down to the spa area, with sauna and Jacuzzi to help soothe slopes-weary limbs, and an azure swimming pool where you’ll feel life’s everyday stresses simply floating away.
After an afternoon’s rest and relaxation and simple but delicious food, accompanied by some very good wine, you’ll be ready to retire. Each of Juno’s bedrooms has its own spa-style en-suite and is kitted out with fluffy robes and slippers and luxury bath products to help you wind down at the end of each adventure-filled day.
Location
Chalet Juno is a luxury ski chalet in Val d’Isère with ski-in/ski-out location on the Santons piste, so you never waste a moment getting to the snowfront. You’ll have almost instant access to the central Solaise ski area, as well as the Bellevarde area, with access to Tignes, and there are runs catering to everyone’s levels. The chalet is less than half a kilometre from the centre of Val d’Isère, too, making shopping, eating and entertainment easy to find.
The nearest airport is Chambery, just less than two hours’ drive away. Geneva airport is around three hours’ drive away.

Dining
Chalet Juno offers a ‘relaxed catered’ service which is a great option for families and laid-back groups of friends. Meals are cosy affairs, prepared by your friendly host, but with a low-key, relaxed feel.
In the mornings, a continental breakfast will be prepared for you, with a different cooked option each day for those who prefer something more substantial. When you return from the slopes later, afternoon tea and cakes are laid out waiting to warm you through.
Enjoy a drink and pre-dinner nibbles in the early evening while your host prepares a family meal for you, including a cheese course, all served alongside carefully chosen house wines and Perrrier-Jouët champagne. Soft drinks and spirits are also on tap from the bar.
Your host can prepare a separate children’s tea in the early evening for any younger visitors who might need an early night.
On the staff night off, you’ll be able to explore some of the excellent eateries in Val d’Isère; just ask your host if you’d like help with recommendations and making bookings.

With ski-in/ski-out access it’s so easy to get out onto the snow and Juno’s fabulous location means there are slopes suited to all abilities nearby.
After a busy morning at ski school, there’s plenty at Chalet Juno to keep kids of all ages occupied. They might like to splash in the indoor swimming pool, take sledges out on the snow, chill out with games and books, or simply sprawl in front of a movie matinee in the home cinema room.
Your chalet host will be on hand to prepare a kids’ tea in the early evenings for any little ones who’ll need early nights and nannies and babysitters can be arranged if the grown-ups want to explore the town alone.
