This luxury ski chalet with hot tub in Verbier is just five minutes by car to the main lift station, putting you close to all the action, yet is tucked away just outside the town so you can enjoy the peace, too.

Inside, a neutral palette and natural materials bring a sense of calm. As soon as you enter the property, you’ll find you breathe a little deeper. The open-plan living area is a fabulous spot for evening gatherings with drinks around the fire or simply sprawling with the papers on sunny afternoons on the huge sofas. A large TV on one wall allows you to turn down the lights and host a movie night. Nearby, a dining space with fabulous views from the floor-to-ceiling windows sits close to the kitchen where you can watch your private chef at work.

For those keen to maintain their fitness levels, Chalet Kitsiliano has a well-equipped gym.  And for those who need a little time to themselves, there’s an office where you can read and catch up on emails.

The highlight of this beautiful chalet, however, must be the large wraparound balconies. Take your coffee out there in the morning to enjoy the crisp mountain air, or head out to the hot tub with a glass of bubbly in the evenings for some stargazing. Location

Chalet Kitsiliano is a luxury ski chalet in Verbier, nestled just off the Chemin de la Bergerie and only a five-minute drive in your chauffeured vehicle from the Médran lift station. It’s just a 15-minute walk into the very centre of Verbier if you want to explore the shops, bars and restaurants of the town.

The nearest airports are Sion, 45m away, and Geneva, 1h 45m away, and transfers can be arranged.

Eating

Chalet Kitsiliano comes fully staffed and with a private chef who will ensure you are well fed and watered throughout your stay.

A delicious and filling breakfast is served each morning to ready you for a day on Verbier’s slopes and when you return from the mountain an afternoon tea is waiting for you to warm you through.

On five nights of the week, your chef will prepare a gourmet dinner for you and your party, served in the cosy dining area, with views from the huge windows. A carefully chosen selection of premium champagnes, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks is served alongside.

Children are sure to love this family-friendly luxury ski chalet, with lots of skiing opportunities for younger snow bunnies and plenty to keep them busy in the chalet.

Ski lessons and other activities such as ice-skating can be arranged and the chalet is packed with teen-pleasing tech including iPad, Sonos sound system and Bose speakers.

Your private chef will design a dedicated kids’ dinner and children can eat in the early evening in a more laid-back setting, leaving the grown-ups to enjoy a quieter, more sophisticated evening meal after bedtime.

Four of the bedrooms can be configured as either doubles or twins, to give families lots of flexibility of accommodation and nannies and babysitters can be arranged on request.
