Recently completed and brand new for the 2020 season, Chalet La Loze offers the perfect combination of old and new. Contemporary oak cladding mixed with tactile natural fabrics and old wood provides the authentic alpine feel. The exceptional individual feel of the chalet had been enhanced further by the painstaking sourcing of European alpine antiques, blended with modern contemporary artwork, both abstract and alpine in theme.
Set over four floors, Chalet La Loze sleeps up to 12 adults plus 3 children in seven bedrooms, making it the ideal mountain retreat for larger groups. Everyone has their own space to hide away in if they wish – and a place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. In the afternoons, grown-ups might like to escape to their rooms for a nap or just to unwind and read a book. There is a dedicated cinema room, as well as a TV snug where small kids and big kids alike can hide away for a few hours in the warm while the snow falls outside.
The heart of the chalet must be the stunning semi open-plan living and dining area with a bar and TV snug. Beautifully lit sophisticated dining area and a lounge just made for loafing in; it’s the perfect space for a group of friends or family to share. The large double doors lead out to the balcony where you can take in the views across the valley and beyond.
After a day spent on the slopes, this luxury ski chalet’s spa facilities are ideal for resting aching ski legs. Unwind in the Hammam, before heading to the outdoor hot tub and drink in those alpine views. If you feel in need of any more pampering, why not book a private masseur in the massage room. By the time you emerge ready for bubbly and canapés, you’ll feel good as new.
In the morning, you’re just moments from the slopes. A well-equipped ski room and a comprehensive driver service mean you will never waste a moment getting to where you want to be. Minutes after you’ve finished breakfast, you can be out on the snow making the most of everything on offer in the 3 Valleys.
Location
This luxury ski chalet is located in the exclusive and increasingly desirable Meribel Village, with access to the vast 3 Valleys ski area and close proximity to Meribel resort.
Chalet La Loze is 50 metres from the Golf chairlift, ready to whisk you through the snowy forests and it is possible to ski back near the chalet in good snow conditions.
Meribel itself is approx. 5mins chauffeured drive and the Chaudanne lift station is 6mins drive.
The nearest airports are Chambery which is approx. 1hr 20mins away, Lyon and Geneva approx 2hrs drive away.

Your private chef is always on hand to ensure you are well fed and watered at this luxury ski chalet.
You’ll be set up with a breakfast to fuel even the most energetic of skiing days. Once you tire of the snow, your driver will whisk you back to the chalet to enjoy afternoon tea and then champagne and canapés around the fire in the evenings, before siting down to a delicious meal.
Your dining experience is completely tailored to you and the chefs will be delighted to discuss your requirements prior to your arrival. They can create a formal gastronomic experience with classic dishes with a twist, or perhaps you would prefer local specialities, or comfort food in front of the TV – they can do that too.
Your meal will be accompanied by carefully selected house wines, and there’s also an á la carte wine list you can purchase from. Alternatively choose an aperitif from the open bar with a selection of spirits.
To make life more relaxed for families, the chef prepares dedicated kids’ teas so that there’s less pressure on everyone and both children and adults can relax and enjoy every meal.

Kids
Children will feel quite at home in the cosy quad bunk room and some of the bedrooms can also be converted into twin rooms, making the property ideal if there are more children in the group.
The position of Chalet La Loze makes this a fantastic chalet for family groups with children. The centre of Meribel Village and the Golf chairlift are a mere 1min walk away and the chauffeur service can whisk kids off to ski school in Meribel each morning.
If required, a dedicated kids’ supper can be arranged in the early evenings with flavours and dishes designed to appeal to little ones.
While the adults are enjoying canapés and drinks in the evening, children can enjoy movie nights in the dedicated cinema room. There is also a separate TV snug adjacent to the main living area so parents can keep a close eye on younger children.
Nannies and babysitters can be arranged on request.
