Les Sources de l’Isère is a spacious, luxury ski chalet-apartment tucked away in Le Fornet, an area of Val d’Isère much sought-after for its authentic charm and proximity to the pistes. Exquisitely decorated in a true Alpine style with beautiful exposed wood and sheepskin throws, it’s so homely and inviting that you might be tempted to skip the skiing and instead spend your days curled up here by the fire.
The elegant open plan living space is the beating heart of Chalet Les Sources de l’Isère, arranged around a central fireplace so that the crackling fire can be enjoyed from all corners. On one side, the sitting room features a large L-shaped sofa beckoning for you to sink into it with a tea or glass of wine. On the other, the expansive kitchen and dining area is where you’ll tuck into nibbles and hearty three-course meals while swapping stories of the slopes.
For the ultimate post-ski rejuvenation, head out onto the terrace where you can soak in the outdoor hot tub while enjoying sublime views of the Isère river and a picturesque old stone bridge. Chalet Les Sources de l’Isère also boasts an indoor spa area with a sauna, ideal for soothing aching limbs.
The seven stunning bedrooms feature rustic wooden beams, sumptuous soft furnishings, and en-suite bath or shower facilities. Complete with a private boot room and several balconies with views of the summits, Chalet Les Sources de l’Isère is a simply charming setting for your luxury ski holiday.
Chalet Les Sources de l’Isère is situated in the quaint village of Le Fornet, a 5-minute drive or bus ride from central Val d’Isère. The nearest piste and cable car is just approximately 200m away.
Chambéry Airport is a little over 2 hours from the chalet, with Geneva Airport around 3 hours away.

Please note: whilst all of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities, only three of the bedrooms have their own WC. The other four bedrooms share two communal toilets.

Opt for the contactless catering, and you’ll arrive to find your kitchen stocked with fresh supplies and delicious pre-prepared meals. All that’s left for you to do is heat up the dishes and throw together a simple side dish. You’ll have everything you need for daily breakfasts and afternoon tea, three-course dinners on six nights with cheese and nibbles, and complimentary drinks.
You can also choose the self-catered service, perfect if you’d like to make the most of the well-appointed kitchen and prepare your own home-cooked meals. For those who prefer to eat out, Le Fornet’s dining scene is close by and impressively varied, including a Michelin starred restaurant.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:

Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
