The spacious seating area with mountain views has several huge sofas, giving everyone a comfy seat and somewhere to lounge beside the fire with friends and a glass of wine. Nearby is a cosy dining space and a well-equipped kitchen with a large central island, making it a sociable space to dine and chat.
And there’s plenty of space to escape to for a little peace, too. Sit up at the bar with a drink and book, sprawl in the cinema room in front of a film or take in a few lengths of the swimming pool before soothing aching limbs in the steam room and sauna. Those who want to burn off a bit of energy can enjoy the gym, while those who like a life a little more sedentary might prefer a game of table football with a friend.
The six en-suite bedrooms are each beautifully decorated in Alpine style and designed to be supremely comfortable, offering total relaxation and an excellent night’s sleep. When you wake, feeling refreshed and raring to go, take your coffee out onto the terraces to look out over Bellevarde and Solaise and plan your day’s adventures.

Each morning, you’ll wake to a delicious breakfast cooked by your private chef to get you ready for your adventures on the slopes. Then, when you return from the mountain, you’ll find afternoon tea waiting for you.
In the evenings, you can sit at the island in the kitchen and watch your chef prepare a gourmet meal for you all, which you’ll eat in the cosy dining area. The dedicated service of your private chef is included in the rental, whilst the cost of all food and drink is charged for separately. This will allow the chef to tailor menus to your exact requirements, whether you revel in self-indulgence or treat your body as a finely tuned engine.

Once they’re back from ski school, there’s plenty to keep them amused at Chalet Markhor. They might like to catch a film in the cinema room, or hold a table football championship. For kids who still have some energy to work off in the afternoons, they can splash in the private swimming pool.
A four-berth bunk room with chunky wood bunks makes for cosy bedtimes, so they’ll be well rested for another adventurous day.
