Hole up at Chalet Narnia, set in a tranquil location among pine trees and uninterrupted views of the Rendl Mountain, you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped into the pages of C. S. Lewis’ classic novel. This alpine home away from home is the perfect base for families or groups of friends looking for a luxury ski holiday in one of Austria’s best resorts.
The chalet is traditionally decorated throughout, with pine-clad interiors, shaggy rugs and fluffy throws that make it feel cosy and welcoming after a day on the slopes. For the ultimate alpine experience, light the wood burner in the living room and curl up on the stylish red sofas with a steaming glühwein.
Though most of your time here is likely to be spent out on the slopes, there is plenty to keep you entertained at Chalet Narnia too, including a hot tub on the south facing balcony, a secure garden for snowman building and a combined sauna and steam room. With a top-notch speaker system in the living room, a huge dining table and plenty of space for socialising, groups will have lots of fun here.
That said, getting a good night’s sleep is easily achieved too, with all of the six bedrooms featuring big comfy beds as well as complimentary slippers and dressing gowns. The bedrooms are also spacious and spread across the chalet’s four floors, ensuring guests have their own space to chill out and rest, ready for tomorrow’s adventure.
All in all, you’re spoilt for choice at Chalet Narnia – and that’s before you’ve even set foot on the mountain, enjoying the renowned après ski scene at the Mooserwirt and Krazy-Kangaruh or explored the lively town of St. Anton.
Chalet Narnia is located on the outskirts of St Anton, just a ten-minute walk from the town centre. A complimentary morning and afternoon in-resort shuttle service means you can even be chauffeured to the nearest lift or into town if you don’t fancy the walk.
In the centre of St Anton you’ll find a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shops, with everything you’ll need to have a great luxury ski holiday.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck approximately 1hr 15mins away and Zurich approximately 2hrs 20mins away.
