If you prefer to eat in the comfort of your chalet, your private chef is on hand to prepare breakfasts, lunches, afternoon teas and dinners while you relax by the fire. They would be delighted to plan your menu for the week upon your arrival. If you’d like to rustle up a snack for yourself, the private kitchen is yours to use.

Yet you can also dine à la carte at any of the hotel’s five restaurants at no extra charge, savouring a range of cuisines from local fare to Mediterranean and Japanese. Chalet Schuss’ snow front location is perfect for families with young children. Directly opposite are the Piou Piou Club and drag lift, so young beginners are well placed to enjoy their first ski experience.

There’s no shortage of entertainment for your little ones at Chalet Schuss. They’ll have access to the Airelles Hotel’s Kids’ Club, which alongside its daily activity programme, boasts its own cinema and a number of video games including a flight simulator and virtual skiing. There’s a space for teens, brimming with arcade games, billiards, a pinball machine, table football and darts.

If they’d like a little relaxation time, younger guests can head to the dedicated children’s area in the Guerlain spa. Here they’ll find an indoor swimming pool reminiscent of a secret grotto and filled with inflatables.

During peak weeks, the hotel offers a complimentary ski club for young skiers, so you can leave your children in the capable hands of a fully qualified ESF instructor.
