Traditional comfort is the order of the day in Chalet Sommet. Warm wood interiors, typical of the area, give a rustic, modern country feel that’s really welcoming to come home to from a day’s skiing. A ‘stag’ theme runs throughout the property, from motifs on the cushions to an enormous ‘antlers’ chandelier-style light hanging over the dining table.
The cosy dining area is a lovely space in which to share a meal with friends and the inviting bedrooms are comfortably equipped, making each one a perfect place to lay your head after an energetic day on the slopes. Wood and natural stone en-suite bathrooms make your morning ablutions a joy.
For a bit of high-quality afternoon relaxation, why not spend a few hours in the hammam and the Jacuzzi, soothing those aching leg muscles and resting body and mind?
In the evenings you’ll love gathering with friends around the roaring open fire over a few drinks and games, or wrapping up and taking a glass of something bubbly out onto the terrace to enjoy the view.
