It’s just a short walk from the nearest ski lifts and you’re also only a stroll away from the upmarket boutiques, bars and award-winning restaurants of this elegant Swiss ski resort.
Located on the first floor of this prestigious private residence, this luxury mountain retreat sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The living area is open-plan and airy with floor to ceiling glass doors, leading out onto the south-facing terrace which looks out to the magnificent Matterhorn.
Each of the luxury bedrooms is decked out beautifully with luxury linens, spa-style bathrooms and TVs, giving every guest space to relax and find some peace and quiet on their luxury ski holiday.
As a guest in the Christiania Residence, you will have shared access to the fully equipped gym and a massage room should you wish to enjoy an in-chalet massage during your stay. There is also a large ski room for the building on the ground floor.
Christiania Residence has an enviable position right in the heart of Zermatt, so you’re never more than a few moments from the bustling high street with all its bars and restaurants.
The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car is just 500m away, whilst the Klein Matterhorn lift station and Sunnega lifts are no more than a four minute electric taxi ride away or an 8-9 minute walk.
Zermatt is a car-free resort which has a railway station, so guests often arrive by train.
Geneva Airport is approximately 3 hours drive away.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
