Offered on a self-catered basis, this apartment is just a short stroll from the centre of the village with all its bars and restaurants and approx. 500m from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise; an ideal spot for you to make the most of beautiful Zermatt.
The apartment features an open-plan living space comprising a cosy living room with a stylish seating area and balcony access. A flat screen TV and Wi-Fi access is provided for your convenience and entertainment.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the dining table sits two people comfortably should you wish to dine in during your stay.
As a guest in the Christiania Residence, you will have shared access to the fully equipped gym and a massage room should you wish to enjoy an in-chalet massage during your stay. There is also a large ski room for the building on the ground floor.
Christiania Residence is well located right in the heart of Zermatt, so you’re never more than a few moments from the bustling high street with all its bars and restaurants.
The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car is approx. 500 metres away, whilst the Klein Matterhorn lift station and Sunnega lifts are approx. 4mins electric taxi ride away or an 8-9mins walk.
Zermatt is a car-free resort which has a railway station, so guests often arrive by train.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
