Garnet Apartment has two interlinked living areas – one a relaxing living room with a beautiful contemporary fireplace and views of the slopes, and the other a TV room, just made for lounging in front of a film in, so there’s lots of space in the 160m2 apartment for everyone to coexist very happily. The minimalist dining room has a long, refectory-style table where you can enjoy delicious meals cooked by your private chef.
Discreet and experienced staff are always on hand, providing a very exclusive service including access to a helicopter and limousine as well as making any ski, entertainment or travel arrangements for you. Your designated butler will ensure you never have to lift a finger.
The apartment is situated within the exclusive boutique Grandes Alpes Hotel, so as guest of the property you’ll enjoy access to everything the hotel has to offer, from concierge service to use of the fabulous spa with swimming pool. But you’re also very well placed within the town – the shops and bars of Courchevel are literally steps away and the chalet is primed in a brilliant ski-in/ski-out location. Geneva is just over 2 hours away whilst Lyon is a 1h 40-minute drive. Moutier Rail Station is just 25km away and there is also an altiport in Courchevel for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Garnet Apartment is a wonderful property for kids to enjoy. The living space is divided into two sections, one with a TV where children can enjoy movies and be within earshot whilst parents can relax in the next-door living area by the fireplace.
The property is well positioned for those with children, right in the heart of Courchevel and with ski-in/ski-out access onto the slopes from the hotel’s ski room.
After a big day on the slopes, children can enjoy splashing around in the hotel’s indoor swimming pool, so don’t forget to pack swimmers!

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
High season is usually mid-December to mid-April.
