Ski-in/ski-out
Inspired by the natural beauty of the mountains and conceived and executed with perfect style, this exclusive ski hotel ticks all the boxes you would expect from a luxury holiday in Courchevel 1850 – and has a few unexpected tricks up its sleeve, too. Hotel Barriere Les Neiges is in many ways ‘pure Courchevel’, nestled in the centre of this magical corner of the Alps, at the foot of the Bellecote slope in a ski-in/ski-out position, it’s as stylish and understatedly opulent as the area itself.
The staff of the on-site Maison Orcel ski room will have your skis ready and waiting for you put on the slope each morning, so that not a second of your precious time on your luxury ski holiday is wasted. As well as some of the best skiing in the Three Valleys, Les Neiges offers dog-sledding, heli-skiing and even hot-air-balloon rides, all designed to allow you to see and appreciate the hotel’s fabulous location (and the shopping isn’t half bad, too, of course!).
Inside the four walls of this luxury ski hotel, you’ll find all manner of pleasant surprises, such as the legendary Diane Barriere spa, where you can enjoy the Hammam, hot tub and pool, and also treat your skin to one of the spa’s dedicated ‘altitude’ treatments, specifically designed for pampering snow bunnies. There is also a private screening room where you can catch a film and, for children, a VIP kids’ club as well as junior ski school, so that every member of the family is kept busy throughout their stay.
Foodies are well catered for too at this luxury ski hotel, with two fabulous eateries on site offering some of Courchevel 1850’s most exciting dining experiences. Whether you want an Argentinian evening, lit by firepits, or a traditional Savoyard meal with a contemporary twist.
Each one of the hotel’s 42 rooms and suites is thoughtfully designed and kitted out with the best of everything you may need, so that at the end of the evening you can escape to your room for some down time and feel like you’re the only people there. Attentive staff are always on hand, and the space and peace of a private chalet combine to make a stay at Les Neiges the perfect luxury ski holiday bolthole.
Hotel Barriere Les Neiges is nestled at the foot of the south-facing Bellecote slope in a ski-in/ski-out position, yet also close to the shops and bars of Courchevel 1850.
This luxury ski hotel is within striking distance of several airports. Geneva is just over 2 hours away whilst Lyon is a 1h 40-minute drive. There’s also an altiport at Courchevel itself for those travelling by helicopter or private jet. At around 30 minutes from the resort centre, it’s a speedy way to access the area for a week or weekend.
