Whichever of the two bright and spacious bedrooms you choose, you’ll be able to step straight out onto the terrace to enjoy a leisurely morning coffee by the pool.
This sophisticated apartment gives you the best of both worlds, as its setting within the sprawling grounds of the exclusive Eden Reserve means you have extra shared facilities on your doorstep. During your stay, you can dine at the hotel’s excellent restaurant, La Celeste, use the gym and spa facilities (including an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms) and get around on e-bikes.
If you’re holidaying with another family group, Landmark Apartment 2 can be booked together with next-door Landmark Apartment 1 which has two additional bedrooms.
Landmark Apartment 2 is a private luxury apartment within the Eden Reserve, an exclusive retreat with a boutique hotel at its centre.
The closest town is enchanting Gardone Riviera, which can be reached in a 10-minute downhill stroll (or a short shuttle ride). There’s plenty to see and do here, with charming cafés, boutiques and lake-based activities.
The journey from Verona airport takes just over an hour by car. If travelling by helicopter, there is also an on-site heliport available on request.

The pool at Landmark Apartment 2 is sure to be a big hit with children and it’s easy to keep an eye on them from the terrace.
Eden Reserve provides e-bikes for guests to go exploring, and there’s a shuttle service within 10km to make journeys a bit easier for littler legs. A cot can be provided on request should you need one.
It’s around a 10-minute downhill walk to Gardone’s pebble beaches, which have Blue Flag status, and water babies will be spoilt for choice with activities including paddle boarding and canoeing.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
