Located in the beautiful and vibrant resort of Meribel, it’s perfect for those who want to have the option of being in town, whilst also being just minutes from the slopes. With south-facing exposure, the balcony view is bathed in sunlight for much of the day.
Renovated entirely in 2022, the 400m² chalet has been rejuvenated with a modern design that encapsulates a deep appreciation for local ecology. To look at the chalet from the outside is to step back in time, yet upon entering, the interior design is contemporary, blended delicately with traditional touches. Inside, the living space is vast and well-equipped to comfortably home up to 15 guests.
Enjoy freshly baked treats delivered daily to this luxury ski chalet. The open plan kitchen space has everything you need here to prepare memorable family meals. Sit down at the impressive wooden table, revisit your day on the slopes and admire the mountain views through the floor to ceiling windows – all at the same time!
On cold afternoons, when you’ve returned from shredding on the slopes, spend a heavenly hour or three in the relaxation area soothing your tired muscles in the sauna and heated indoor pool. Massages and treatments can be arranged for you in your private spa area, whenever you desire. If you’re an energetic sports enthusiast and the slopes weren’t enough for you, there’s even a well-equipped gym at your disposal.
In the evenings, savour a night cap watching the sky change colour over the mountain ridges, or sink a cheeky beer or two over a game of darts. Finish each day by sinking into the cloud-like beds, preparing you for the fun-packed day ahead. The six bedrooms are well equipped, all with their own bathroom and hospitality products included. Three of the downstairs bedrooms share a south-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee. The cosy and welcoming ambiance of Le Chalet des Amis really is second to none.

Situated just off the main road leading into the town, Le Chalet des Amis is located just minutes’ walk from the centre of Meribel.
The nearest airports are Chambery, 1hr 15mins away and Lyon, 1hr 55mins away. Grenoble and Geneva are approx. 2hrs away.

Dining
This luxury ski chalet is offered on a self catered basis with the added bonus of freshly baked treats delivered every morning. Six morning of the seven, your chalet host will help with breakfast preparations.
Le Chalet des Amis has a fully equipped kitchen, and the unique central island and swing seats are the perfect location for a relaxed, mid-afternoon aperitif. As well as everything you’d expect from a kitchen – a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster– it also has some nice extras, including a coffee machine, a fondue set, a raclette set and even a pancake machine.
If you’re all about eating out and experiencing what the local area has to offer, you won’t be disappointed with Meribel’s incredible selection of dining options and lively après ski spots. Why don’t you try a traditional, cheesy, Savoie dinner at Le Fromagerie in the centre of town and finish off your evening with a night cap cocktail at visit Le Savoy.
If you desire, the team can also organise for a private chef to come to the chalet and cater a spectacular dining experience for your group.

Kids
Le Chalet des Amis is as much a kids’ playground as it is for adults, with all you could need to entertain a big, sociable group. Watch your kids’ faces light up as they race around the property, bursting with excitement at all the fun to be had. From the cinema room to the well-stocked games room and ultimate relaxation area, it has everything, for every mood, for every age.
The games room is spectacular, boasting a huge array of available games – including darts, table football, games consoles, karaoke, board games and even a pinball machine!
They’ll will no doubt want to swap their warm weather gear for their swimmers, and splash around in the secure, indoor pool after time spent outdoors.
The chalet’s bedrooms were created with family dynamics in mind with a dedicated family room that has two bunk beds, one trundle bed and one king size bed. Some of the beds can also be split into twins, offering flexible sleeping arrangement when travelling with lots of children.
