You’ll feel like master of all you survey in this duplex penthouse in Les Gets. Le Coin Perdu (the lost corner) is indeed a cosy corner you’ll want to lose yourself in. Intimate, private and quiet, it’s also uber stylish and just round the corner from all the restaurants, bars and shops the town has to offer. You might call it one of Les Gets’ best kept secrets.
Housed within the exclusive Solaret development, everything you could want for a luxury self-catered ski holiday in Les Gets is here. The building has its own shop, spa and even art gallery, all of which you can access privately, without leaving the front door. The spa is a particular gem, with its salt room, sensory shower and swimming pool – the perfect place to relax and recuperate after a busy day on the slopes (access for children under 12yrs not permitted). Guests at Le Coin Perdu will receive a discount code for the spa entrance fee although booking is essential as the numbers are strictly limited in order to ensure a tranquil and relaxing experience.
Up in the privacy of your apartment, you’ll find Le Coin Perdu is an ideal base, whether your plan is for big celebratory gatherings or quiet nights in relaxing with friends. The bar and lounge area on the entrance floor has TV, surround sound, pool table and everything else you could need for a glamorous gathering.
On the upper floor there’s a second living space, where sprawling sofas, stacked with cushions and throws provide a super-comfy place to lounge. The projector screen turns this area instantly into a mini cinema, too, ideal for snowy afternoons in. Nearby is the sleek, contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you could need including a Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent is an elegant dining area, under a stunning chandelier, and with a wine cellar, where you’ll enjoy delicious dinners long into the evening.
But there’s also plenty of space for everyone to find a peaceful nook to themselves too, whether that’s in the comfortable home office, relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, or retiring to the luxury bedrooms for a soak in a copper tub, or simply curling up with a book on comfy mattresses, snuggled up in throws and cushions.
Le Coin Perdu is a corner of Les Gets you’ll want to get lost in again and again.
Le Coin Perdu is set within the new Solaret building which has its own small art gallery and shop, as well as a gym and luxury spa. It’s conveniently located just one street over from Les Gets’ main street where all the bars and restaurants are and just a few minutes’ walk from both the Chavannes and the Mt Chery lifts.
The nearest airport is Geneva, which is approx. 1hr 10mins away.
