Perched high above the town in the top floor of a beautiful building, No.5 Penthouse is a luxury ski chalet whose position makes it a real experience.
The views out over Verbier and the mountains are best enjoyed from the private hot tub on the terrace, but almost every window you pass seems to have a fantastic outlook here. Despite the big views, which make you feel as though you’re in the middle of nowhere, you’re perfectly placed for the town, too. The bottom of the building is planted right in the middle of Verbier, just a couple of minutes’ walk from both the lifts and the shops, bars and restaurants.
In fact, everything you need is right on site. Guests of No. 5 Penthouse are able to take advantage of the exclusive spa on the lower ground floor of the building with sauna, Hammam and gym, and if you want to pamper yourself a little more privately, you can always retreat to the chalet, with its own hot tub.
The living spaces are designed to be sociable and relaxing. Weathered leather armchairs and a comfy sofa are gathered around the woodburning fire in the living area. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to flood through the space to the breakfast bar and kitchen and dining room beyond. In a cosy corner of the open-plan space and next to the windows that lead out to the lovely terrace, it’s a fabulous spot for enjoying long and leisurely meals.
Super-comfy bedrooms ensure everyone has somewhere special to retreat to at the end of the evening. Thoughtful extras, such as the mezzanine play space in the children’s bunk room and the rolltop bath and fire in the master bedroom are the icing on the cake. Sit back, relax and enjoy this ‘as-special-on-the-outside-as-it-is-on-the-inside’ chalet while the experienced staff look after you.
No. 5 Penthouse is conveniently located in the heart of Verbier on the Route de Medran and within striking distance to the Medran lift station.

With an easy stroll into the centre of town, you’re perfectly placed to explore the many wonderful restaurants Verbier has to offer. Your concierge will be more than happy to advise and arrange restaurant reservations during your stay.
If you don’t feel like going out and prefer to cook yourselves, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to make cooking a pleasure and can be pre-stocked with your favourite groceries at additional cost.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:

Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
