With more than 400sqm, this luxury ski chalet extends over two floors and sleeps up to eight people in four beautifully appointed private suites. After a day’s skiing on the snowy slopes of Arlberg, head out to the sunny terrace and you’ll find a bubbling hot tub. It’s the perfect spot for post ski relaxation, just don’t forget to take out your favourite tipple. Back indoors there is a wonderful dining and lounge space with a warming fireplace, as well as a private cinema room.
Complete with state-of-the-art entertainment features as well as having access to the hotel’s outstanding spa, wine cellar, renowned restaurant and bar, this luxury ski chalet really does have it all.
Of course when it comes to laying your head down for the night, only the finest Italian label MINOTTI beds will do. In the mornings you’ll awake fresh and revived ready for another perfect day on your luxury ski holiday.
Severin’s Chalet Residence is part of the exclusive Severin’s The Alpine Retreat in Lech. Nestled in the hills of the Stubenbach area of the resort. The charming village of Lech and the ski lifts are a 5 minute drive away and guests are welcome to use the complimentary shuttle service that the chalet operates in-resort (on request).

Severin’s Chalet Residence can also be taken alongside 9 other suites at the hotel for exclusive use to sleep up to 32 guests.
Food and drink are an intrinsic part of the experience here. Guests of Severin’s The Alpine Retreat are able to enjoy fine dining by head chef, Stephan Kriegelstein and his team.
Daily breakfast and dinner on six evenings are included in your stay and are served in the hotel’s stylish restaurant. Offering traditional cuisine served in an innovative and sophisticated manor, there is a huge emphasis on using organic local produce and the latest culinary techniques.
Alternatively, guests may order meals to their suites if they prefer with the 24-hour room service, or it is possible to hire the services of a chef and butler to prepare and serve meals in the privacy of your duplex apartment. Service is key and the aim is to be entirely flexible depending on your requirements.
The Alpine inspired bar is open for apres ski, aperitifs and post-dinner drinks and there is also a temperature-controlled wine cellar where you can take part in tastings.

Low and high seasons vary by location and by property, but the general pattern is as follows:
Chalets
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, plus the summer months.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
European Villas
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Caribbean Villas
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
High season is usually mid-December to mid-April.
