Location
The villa is located within the exclusive resort of Porto Zante on the Greek island of Zakynthos, just off the western coast of the mainland. It’s 15 minutes drive to the main town and harbour.
The island’s airport is a 20 minute drive away.

Bedrooms
The villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms.
Each double bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower with hydrojets and walk-in dressing rooms.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the private deck with two swimming pools. The other two bedrooms are located on the upper level and offer access to a terrace and panoramic views of the bay.
There are additional living spaces on the first floor that can be converted into two more bedrooms to sleep an additional four children or adults on sofa beds, each with its own bathroom.
Please note that beds cannot be split into twins.
Dining
The property is set within the grounds of the exclusive Porto Zante resort, so guests of the villa can eat in the beachfront Club House Restaurant, which is a Mecca to Mediterranean and Greek gastronomy with stunning views out over the Ionian Sea. Fresh fish and lobster, enjoyed while watching the sun set over the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, is a top way to end any day here.
Maya restaurant set on the beachfront is also a must try, it offers fresh Asian cuisine including some spectacular sushi dishes using only the freshest of ingredients.
If, however, you prefer the privacy and quiet of your own villa, guests have access to a 24 hour in-villa dining service allowing you to enjoy delicious a la carte dining delivered straight to your villa door.

Kids
This spacious luxury villa with private beach and two private swimming pools is an ideal property for families, with bags of room both inside and out for children to run about and the added bonus of the beach right on your doorstep.
Children are made very welcome, with dedicated dining menus and lots of small details taken care of such as kids’ bath toys in the bathrooms and a Playstation 4 to amuse them if the weather should turn.
The property is part of the Porto Zante resort, which offers a wonderful kids’ club and playground as well as water sports for older children. Babysitters are also available on request if you’d like to pop out for some adults-only time.
