The Lodge is a luxury ski chalet in Courchevel 1850 that genuinely offers something a bit more than most. Located in one of the world’s best ski areas, perfect for a group of mixed ability skiers and plenty to do both on and off the slopes.
Set within the prestigious Six Senses Residences, where guests can enjoy a dedicated concierge 24 hours a day, The Lodge offers the best of both worlds: all the benefits of a world-class hotel; alongside all the privacy of your own cosy, luxury ski chalet. Every last detail has been carefully thought through. The interiors were chosen by International Design House, Morpheus London, who selected bronzed and smoked glass, rich oaks, leather and Italian marble for an eclectic and earthy look that feels both stylish and welcoming.
An open-plan contemporary living space, with sofas and footstools surrounding a roaring fire, is a wonderful place to relax after a day on the slopes, with a glass of something cold from The Lodge’s own cellar. Nearby is a glamorous dining space to seat 12, with upholstered chairs, a stylish smoked-glass table and a statement chandelier overhead. Relax and enjoy a gourmet meal cooked by your private chef while you catch up with the rest of your party on all the events of the day.
But it would be a waste of this luxury ski chalet’s fabulous location if you were not to make the most of the mountain air and wonderful views. The chalet also has an outdoor living space on the terrace, which includes an alfresco dining room seating 10 people and cosy seating area, all beautifully lit by lanterns and gently warmed by heaters. Just add champagne and good conversation.
On snowy afternoons, there’s plenty to keep you entertained, whether you’re relaxing in the spa area enjoying a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, or sprawled in front of a film in the glamorous private cinema room. And, if you fancy a change of scenery, enjoy access to the fabulous, world class leisure facilities of the Six Senses Spa with it’s swimming pool, outdoor hot tub with mountain views, to mention just a couple.
At the end of each busy day, hide away under thick duvets, fluffy throws and faux fur cushions in The Lodge’s luxe en-suite bedrooms. You’re sure to emerge well rested, restored and raring to get started on another day’s adventures.
The Lodge is a luxury ski chalet set in the heart of Courchevel on Rue des Tovets, just a four-minute walk from the nearest ski lift and close enough to the village to make the most of the boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Guests will have use of a private ski lodge (a two-minute shuttle ride away) at La Croisette, and with the biggest ski area in the world on your doorstep, there aren’t many better places to enjoy the snow.
The nearest airports are Chambery which is approximately 1h 30m away, Lyon, just over a 2 hour drive, and Geneva, approximately 2h 45m away.

Dining is taken seriously at The Lodge. Your private chef will be on hand for six days of your stay to ensure you are always well fed and every drink is topped up.
You’ll wake to the aroma of a delicious breakfast being prepared each morning to set you up for a day on the slopes. We recommend breakfasting out on the terrace where you’ll have an Alps view while you sip your coffee, warmed by the sun and a tower heater to take the chill off the morning.
When you return from the slopes, hot drinks and afternoon tea snacks will be waiting to refuel and warm you through. Then in the evening, your chef will prepare a gastronomic feast for you to enjoy, washed down with specially selected wines from the private cellar, adjacent to the dining space. A bespoke table seating 12 people beneath a stunning Venetian glass chandelier is a truly glamorous spot to enjoy meals with good friends, great food and fine wines.
You might also like to try food delivered from Japanese restaurant, Sumosan, located within the same building. And, of course, there are lots of wonderful eateries in Courchevel 1850, which the chalet staff will be happy to help with bookings for. We particularly love Le Panoramic for its wonderful mountain views, or the three-Michelin-starred 1947 in the world-renowned Cheval Blanc Courchevel Hotel.
Please note the cost of food and drinks is charged for separately at the end of your stay.
