Location
Uberhaus is located in Oberlech, with commanding views over the resort of Lech in the valley below. The chalet is situated directly on the piste giving true ski-in/ski-out access.
Oberlech skiing is ideal for the whole family – there are plenty of slopes for keen skiers, as well as a children’s learning area in the centre. The snow record in the Lech-Zurs ski region is superb – indeed, Lech and Oberlech have some of the highest and unbeaten snow falls in the Alps. The ‘White Ring’ ski circuit is a great route for better skiers route that takes in the best of Lech, Zurs and Zug. If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, the ski areas of St Anton and Stuben are also included on the Arlberg ski pass, which offer superb skiing and some of the finest off-piste powder skiing in Austria.
With your dedicated driver, and Lech only a 3 minute drive away, it’s easy to explore its restaurants, shops and bars on offer.

Chalet Uberhaus is offered on a catered basis, so you can enjoy the experience of having everything created for you.
Enjoy a full-cooked breakfast before you venture into the snowy oasis. Make sure you’re back in the afternoon though, because it would be a crime to resist the afternoon tea with freshly baked goodies.
In the evenings, relax over a champagne reception, then sit down to a beautifully-cooked dinner – a real focus of the day for the chef. There’s also plenty of detail in the drink, with fine wines to be selected from your personal wine cave. You’ll be treated like a VIP from the moment you arrive, with complimentary house wine and unlimited beer as well.

Kids
The Lech-Zurs ski region is the perfect place for young skiers – there is a children’s learning area in the centre. The village of Oberlech is great for your little ones as well, given it is small and also easy to get to Lech on the cable car, or with your private driver.
Within Chalet Uberhaus, you’ll find plenty to entertain them, given the private cinema room, wi-fi, various sound systems and a huge library of books. Children’s catering can be available if you require and further entertainment and childcare can be arranged where needed.
