The height of chic sophistication, Ultima 2 Bedroom Residence (No. 12) is the perfect bolthole for a family or small group of friends to escape to. This luxury two-bedroom apartment is part of the exclusive Ultima Gstaad hotel, giving you all the privacy you need as well as all the pampering, and that element of luxury.
For those who would like a little pampering as part of their break, guests at this residence can enjoy their own private outdoor hot tub, as well as shared use of the hotel’s exclusive spa facilities. Ultima is home to a wonderful Swiss Perfection spa and clinic, offering not only a relaxing swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzis and more but also expert staff to provide detox and aesthetic treatments with a high level of medical expertise as well as years of experience of providing holistic wellbeing.
It’s easy to spend an entire day making the most of the facilities on offer here, but the chalet also enjoys a fabulous skiing location that you will want to cash in on, too. It’s metres away from the nearest ski lift and close to several others, so that despite its quiet location, you’re only ever moments away from the snow.
And if it’s peace and quiet you’re after you can get it in spades here, too. The dedicated and experienced staff are both discreet and practically invisible when required, and there’s plenty of room in this modern-rustic property for a party of four to find a bit of space to themselves as well as communal areas to gather in together. The chalet has its own kitchen, which is beautifully equipped, as well as a generously sized dining room where you and your party can enjoy delicious meals long into the evening. Plush velvet armchairs and capacious sofas are gathered near the roaring fire to provide somewhere for you all to get together post-ski to catch up on all the events of the day over a glass of bubbly.
Before you retreat to luxe bedrooms, complete with dressing rooms and every conceivable comfort, take a moment out on the terrace to enjoy the wonderful views and the mountain air.
Please note: there is a collection of apartments at the Ultima hotel and the internal images are of various properties, shown as a guide to reflect the style and decor.
Ultima Gstaad is set between quiet meadows and the road that runs to Glacier 3000, so it’s both peaceful but also close to everything you need.
The Wispile ski lift is just 50 metres away and Rutti-Bodmen and Eggli lifts are both very close by. The promenade is just a 10 minute walk away.
The nearest airport is Bern, approximately 1hr 30mins away. Alternatively, Geneva is 2hrs and Zurich is 2hrs 30mins drive.
