The pretty the main living spaces are light and airy, and offer somewhere to cool off in the shade on particularly hot days. The living area is elegant but relaxed and there is a grand hearth fireplace for cosy evenings. Nearby is a comfortable dining room, decorated with artworks and antiques that bring a home-from-home feel. Aspiring chefs will enjoy using local ingredients in the beautiful wooden kitchen, with its cheery Mediterranean tiles.
Villa Acciaioli has wonderful outdoor spaces, too. Well-manicured lawns surround the private swimming pool and luxury loungers give you the perfect spot to lay in the sun or shade with a good book while you dry off.
Upstairs, the three en-suite bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, are a cool and calming space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Villa Acciaioli, Tuscany, is one of six private villas on the exclusive Viesca Toscana estate. Set in 70 hectares of gardens along with private suites, a restaurant and shop and a fabulous spa, guests can enjoy all the benefits of a luxury hotel alongside the peace and privacy of their own villa.
You’ll find boutique shops at The Mall, one of the most well-known luxury outlets in Italy, only 20 minutes from the villa. You’re also around a 30 minute journey of Florence. Siena and Arezzo are around an hour away which makes all three perfect locations for day trips. Rome and Venice are also easily accessible via the fast train from Florence.
The nearest airports are at Florence (35 mins away) and Pisa (1hr 30 mins away).

Food is a central part of life at this luxury property in Tuscany, one of the world’s most important areas in terms of food production – and of course, wine. Start each morning with a scrumptious breakfast delivered to your villa.
The property has a well-equipped typically Tuscan kitchen, in rich woods and with beautiful Mediterranean tiles. Church pew-style seating at the breakfast table provides somewhere for a quiet morning coffee. The villa also has a comfortable and intimate dining room where you can enjoy group meals together, and there’s outdoor furniture and a barbecue, too, for meals in the open air. You can pick up ingredients from Viesca Reception to take back to your villa.
Villa Acciaioli, Tuscany, is set within the exclusive Viesca Toscana estate and, as guests of the estate you’ll be welcome to enjoy the fabulous Il Borro Tuscan Bistrò Viesca, which is open all day and evening for contemporary Tuscan cuisine.

Kids
This luxury family-friendly villa in Tuscany is well set up for those travelling with children. The gardens and spacious interiors offer plenty of room to play. There’s also a cottage adjacent to the main property that offers another two bedrooms, which would allow for a nanny, other staff, or teens or grandparents to find a bit of peace and quiet.
The outdoor spaces will impress kids of all ages, with the gardens, barbecue area and private swimming pool for them to enjoy during the day. There’s plenty to keep them entertained in the villa itself, but if you find yourselves in need of further adventure the estate’s staff will be happy to help with arranging excursions and activities, whether they want to visit historic towns and cities nearby or enjoy or tennis lessons on the estate.
