The living and dining room accommodates spacious sofas where you can lounge with the papers and a comfy but stylish dining table and chairs for group meals. Doors open out onto the garden and solarium, so you can always hear the sounds of the great outdoors drifting through the living spaces. A kitchen and breakfast room provides space for you or a private chef to cook up a storm, with space for guests to sit with a glass of wine and chat to whoever is cooking.

As well as three stunning en-suite bedrooms, each with king or twin beds and marble bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, there is a quiet study where you can escape for a little peace and quiet.

But it’s the outdoor spaces that are the real highlight here. Landscaped gardens surrounded by greenery give you plenty of privacy in which to wander. The swimming pool terrace is enclosed by citrus trees, which smell beautiful as you soak up some sun with a book, or float in the water. Close by is an outdoor living and dining space, so in good weather you can live a truly outdoor life here. With sea views from almost every angle, Villa Eleana’s gardens are a heavenly place to relax and recharge.

The property is ideally located, with glamorous locations such as Nice and Cannes within striking distance of Villa Eleana. Location

Villa Eleana is a luxury villa in the Cap d’Antibes, which is part of the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. The property is in a private and quiet location, just a short distance from the main complex, but is near enough for you to make the most of all the facilities on offer at this prestigious hotel.

The nearest airports are at Nice (20 minutes away) and Cannes (15 minutes away), and transfers can be provided.

Eating

You can expect good food and fine wines in the sunshine to be a key part of your stay at Villa Eleana. Each morning, breakfast is served in your villa and, once a week, a dedicated chef will come and cook you and your party lunch or dinner in the villa. A chef can be arranged for the entire holiday if you wish. And there’s a well-equipped kitchen and dining space to enjoy, as well as a beautiful open-air dining room by the swimming pool.

However, as the villa is part of the Eden Roc hotel, you’ll also be able to enjoy all the hotel’s eateries and bars. Breakfast and lunch are served on the sea-facing terrace of the Eden-Roc restaurant. The Michelin-starred Louroc offers Provencal specialities for a really special night out, or for something lower key pop into Giovanni’s for one of the amazing pizzas. The best views are to be enjoyed at the Eden Roc Grill’s huge terrace, looking out to sea. And an ice cream from the Juice and Ice Cream bar is a daily must.

Kids

Kids of all ages are sure to fall in love with this beautiful villa by the sea. There are wooded gardens for them to run around and play in as well as a stunning outdoor swimming pool to enjoy.

The property is close to Nice and Cannes and there’s lots more to explore in the surrounding area. You’ll have a chauffeur driven car for five hours a day, which makes getting about easy. And, talking of getting about, the villa comes with its own golf buggy, which comes in handy when small people with tired legs can’t quite manage the walk back home.

As Villa Eleana is part of the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc, you’ll have access to all its facilities, too, including the swimming pool and spa area as well as a raft of restaurants. The pizzeria and ice cream bar are always popular with children.

A cot is available for those travelling with children and nannies and babysitters can be booked on request.
