Experience the beautiful wildness of the Mallorcan countryside at this luxury villa with heated swimming pool, set in five acres of private gardens in the middle of Mallorca’s wine region. Villa Finca is perched close to the coast on the south-east side of the island, looking out over Sant Salvador, and in the perfect spot for soaking up the sun.
The villa’s design makes the most of its stunning location with a large sun-trap terrace and a heated infinity swimming pool with a beautiful pool house adjacent for shade and poolside lunches. Spend warm evenings sitting around the sunken firepit with drinks and friends, enjoying a barbecue at the al fresco dining space or simply revelling in the magic of the property’s ‘secret’ garden, where a waterfall-style fountain creates a cool space behind the cactus and olive plants. Whether you want to gather with friends and family or enjoy the silence alone, you’ll find a spot in Villa Finca’s gardens that’s perfect for you.
Inside the villa, contemporary furnishings combine with charming country style for a welcoming and very eclectic atmosphere. An open-plan living area with huge fireplace offers somewhere cool to sit in the heat of the day, or a place to gather should cooler evenings blow in. A spacious dining room and top-of-the-range kitchen complete the main shared spaces. Additionally, the villa boasts an entertainment room for enjoying films and music, a work area and even a conference room should you need a larger space.
With eight individual suites, three inside their own discrete apartments, there’s plenty of room at Villa Finca for everyone to find their own little piece of island paradise.
This luxury villa in Majorca is situated on a quiet five-hectare estate on the south-east side of the island, with panoramic views of the Sant Salvador monastery.
The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, around a 50-minute drive away.
