The typically Mediterranean whitewashed building with terracotta roof has plenty of rustic style well as bags of sophistication. Inside, the light and airy rooms are decorated in a neutral palette and every care has been taken with the design, using only the highest quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings.

Designed with sociable living in mind, Villa Grace has two main indoor lounges for relaxing, gathering with friends and reading or watching TV. There’s an open-plan kitchen and dining space with a sociable breakfast bar and an amazing pantry, too. The kitchen is restocked with snacks daily so you can graze whenever you want to, but your private chef is also on hand to make every meal special.

The villa has plenty of entertainment space, with the lower ground floor being given over to a cocktail bar, private cinema, gym and Hammam. There’s even an office space if you need to check in with work or just enjoy a bit of quiet reading time.

Each of the cool, calming bedrooms has its own bathroom and most have access to a balcony or terrace. We’d recommend arriving early to claim the master suite with its own private balcony and walk-in wardrobe.

But it’s the outdoor spaces that really make Villa Grace something special. The large, swimming pool and Jacuzzi is surrounded by cushioned loungers and palm trees to provide a little shade where it’s needed. You could easily spend all day alternating splashing in the pool with lying in the sun with a delicious drink in hand and good friends nearby. Elsewhere, there are plenty of outdoor living and dining areas in which to eat, drink and relax, whether that’s a morning coffee and croissant or a pizza night and a few bottles of wine. There’s also lots of space in the gardens to simply wander in the sunshine, taking in this wonderful spot.

This luxury villa in St Tropez is located in a quiet area looking out over the Beuvallon golf course and with views of the bay.

Villa Grace is just a kilometre from Pampelonne Beach with tennis courts and a golf course on your doorstep, and the Port of St Tropez only 10 minutes away by car.

The nearest airport is Nice, just over an hour away.

Eating

Good food and fine wines are taken seriously at Villa Grace. On arrival you’ll enjoy a champagne reception to set the tone for the week and you’ll be looked after thereafter by a private Michelin-trained chef.

A continental buffet-style breakfast is laid out each morning, with gourmet cooked options to order, and then a delicious lunch is served outside in the gardens. In the evenings, a bespoke three-course menu is served, which your chef will collaborate with you on to ensure every meal is memorable and suits everyone’s palates.

Between times, the fridge will always be kept stocked with fruits and nuts, cheeses, cold meats and other things to snack on during the day. Local wines and soft drinks are also on tap.

The property has a beautiful, shaded al fresco dining area, with a barbecue and pizza oven for laid-back outdoor meals, and there’s a stylish dining space indoors in case the weather turns.

Please note breakfast and lunch are provided on six days and lunch on five days. Your concierge team will be happy to make restaurant bookings for you on the chef’s days off.

Kids

Children of all ages are sure to love the outdoor lifestyle of this luxury family-friendly villa. There’s so much space to run and play among the lawns and gardens, and there’s plenty of shade too (as well as complimentary sunscreen!) for parents’ peace of mind.

The heated swimming pool, and lounging area with huge cushions, loungers and parasols is the perfect place for kids to chill out on hot days.

In the evenings, or if you happen to get a rainy day, they’ll love the cinema room, with proper cinema seats and ‘stars’ glistening from the ceiling. There are also two lounges with TVs so everyones’ choice of entertainment can be accommodated.
