And of course, you won’t be expected to share it with anyone else – the private beach is all yours for the week, with its turquoise warm waters, perfect for ocean-lovers of all ages, small private deck for sunbathing and comfortable loungers. The perfect backdrop for Ivy’s renowned waterfront barbecue or a party, all arranged and executed expertly by the villa’s staff.
Back up at this luxury villa there are two pools to cater both to those who want to float quietly, with a cocktail within reach as well as those who want to splash, play and get a few lengths in. The main pool is made of natural stone and mosaic and can be heated on request. Flanked by palm trees, it has a relaxed, tropical feel. The second pool is up on the terrace and has fabulous ocean views. Fitness fans will enjoy the tennis court with pavilion and small gym area, too.
Inside, this luxury villa has a beautifully fresh colonial feel throughout from the bright and airy bedrooms with marble weaved into the bathrooms to indoor lounge areas where the natural light floods in through open doors.
There’s so much space here for a large group to make the most of at this luxury villa. A separate building houses three of the bedroom suites with its own kitchen and lounge, where grandparents can enjoy some peace and quiet. Huge entertainment spaces are complemented by intimate nooks in which to dine, read and relax. Ivy is a luxury villa which truly caters to everyone’s whims.
This luxury villa in Anguilla is set on the south coast of the island. It’s nestled in 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens and has its own private sea access. There is a sandy beach just a few minutes walk along a footpath.
The gateways to Anguilla by air are from Miami, (3 hour flight) Puerto Rico (1 hour flight) or St.Martin (7 minute flight). Additional flights from the UK into Antigua (50 mins) and St Kitts (45 min) onward connections with local inter-island carriers.
Arriving in St Martin there is a private boat charter service from the St Martin (Anguilla) Dock directly across from Princess Juliana Airport which takes approximately 20 minutes and the public frequent ferry service from Marigot on the French side takes the same travel time of 20 minutes.

This luxury beachfront villa is the perfect setting for any occasion, from a wedding party in the waterside gazebo to a relaxed supper by candlelight beside the pool, to a gourmet extravaganza in the sophisticated dining room. The staff can even organise a beach barbeque (at additional cost).
Any dietary needs and whims are taken into account and your chef will be happy to do all he or she can to make every meal one to remember. The catering and waiting staff are always on hand to ensure you are kept well fed and watered every hour of the day at this luxury villa.
After a delicious cooked breakfast, how about a healthy mid-morning smoothie? We recommend you make the most of the shady gazebo at this time of day.
Afternoon tea is served with home-baked biscuits and cakes to fuel you through to cocktail hour and then dinner. However, should you simply wish to laze around the pool with a light lunch then your chef and team of staff are happy to work completely around your wishes throughout your stay at this luxury villa.

This luxury villa in Anguilla is an ideal bolthole for families to enjoy the best of this fabulous corner of the Caribbean. There is a small private swimming deck for jumping into the sea, and a path leads to a small adjacent beach.
The main pool at the villa can be heated on request – a boon for those with smaller children who want to splash in the pool – and there’s also a second pool on the terrace level.
Staff are on hand throughout to ensure children are entertained, meaning mums and dads can really relax and enjoy every moment. Nannies and babysitters can be provided as well as staff to lead activities ranging from to kite-flying and other sports to arts and crafts and face-painting.
