Located up on the southern hill of the exclusive private domain of Parcs de Saint Tropez, this beautiful villa is both peaceful and secure, but also within easy reach of all the delights of the Cote d’Azur.
Hidden away amongst gently swaying umbrella pines, within landscaped Mediterranean gardens that are a joy to wander in, is a spectacular building, which has been designed to make the most of its wonderful location. There are two outdoor lounge areas, a covered al fresco dining space and plenty more covered terraces and porticoes besides, so there is always a spot to relax with a book and a cool drink.
The focal point of Villa Malko’s gardens is the wonderful private swimming pool (heated Jun-Aug), surrounded by loungers and parasols, and with its own well-equipped pool house, so another drink or a bit of shade is never far away, and you can shower off at the end of your swim and then dry in the sunshine, relaxing in a deckchair.
Indoors, a neutral palette and natural materials, including rustic woods, brushed marble and slubby linens, brings a cool, laid-back feel. Two lounge areas, incorporating both large sofas and intimate armchairs, allows room for everyone to relax indoors in the shade or to cosy up on slightly chillier evenings. Next to the professional kitchen is a 12-seater dining room where you and your friends or family can gather for gastronomic feasts in the evenings, and enjoy views of the lush gardens as the sun sets. The villa is equipped with Sonos sound throughout, so you can enjoy your favourite music wherever you are. There’s also an office and a small gym, as well as a two-bedroom staff apartment should you need it.
The six individually designed bedrooms offer everyone a cool, calming space to escape to at the end of each day. Each bedroom has a smart TV and is air-conditioned for a comfortable night’s sleep.

This luxury villa in St Tropez is hidden away in the exclusive Les Parcs de St Tropez resort where you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy.
It’s just 10 minutes to Place des Lices and the port of St Tropez, as well as being close to several other beaches.
Airport transfers can be arranged for you. The nearest airports are La Mole, 45 minutes away, Toulon an hour away, Nice just over an hour and Marseilles a two-hour drive from the villa.

Dining
Villa Malko’s staff, including chef and butler, will be on hand at mealtimes to ensure everyone is well fed and watered. We highly recommend enjoying meals in the beautiful outdoor dining area, which is covered and has views of the swimming pool. Indoors there’s also a dining space to seat 12 guests comfortably, next to a large window with a view of the gardens.
If you decide to sample some of the area’s wonderful restaurants, the villa’s concierge will be able to help you booking the best tables at the best eateries.
Should you wish to self-cater at all during your stay you’ll have use of the impressive professional kitchen.

Kids
Children will enjoy so much freedom in this beautiful villa, surrounded by gardens to play in and securely situated in a private resort. There’s lots to keep them busy, from playing table tennis to hiring electric bikes, but the heated (Jun-Aug) outdoor swimming pool is what’s likely to delight them most. The swimming pool has its own pool house, with all the facilities you could need, including showers, changing rooms and a WC, so they won’t have to dry off every time they want a drink, and can spend entire afternoons splashing in the swimming pool or playing nearby.
The villa’s staff will be only too pleased to arrange entertainments for children if needed, from magician for the evening to fireworks to celebrate a special occasion.
Three of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms for two children to share. Nannies or babysitters can be arranged on request.
