A one-of-a-kind property, Villa Marie is a holiday home where memories are made easily. This luxury villa in Saint Tropez is made up of a traditional-style Mediterranean property with pretty shutters and terracotta-tiled roof, and a resorted and converted original windmill that serves as a single-room dwelling.
The main house has been designed to seamlessly merge inside and out, offering ocean views, plenty of light and fresh air, and also somewhere to relax indoors. Entering Villa Marie from the cool, bright hallway, you find your way into the main living room. A large fireplace makes this a focal point in the evenings, and the room also has access to two large terraces, perfect for cocktail hour. If you find yourself in need of a little quiet contemplation there’s a TV room and library on this floor, as well as a traditional sunroom, ideal for an afternoon with a drink and the papers. A large, sociable kitchen and contemporary dining space allow you to enjoy your chef’s delicious meals, whatever the weather.
Upstairs, the en-suite master bedroom suite includes a private balcony with sea views and a retractable canopy as well as a study, giving you plenty of space and privacy. A further three bedrooms in the main house each have something to make them special, from outdoor terraces to their own dressing rooms. The final bedroom is located in the restored windmill and now offers an air-conditioned double suite with dressing area, shower room and Smart TV. It’s ideal for guests needing a bit of extra space.
Outside, three hectares of beautifully manicured gardens host a swimming pool, with its own pool house kitchen, so you can stay close to the water all day long. The pool terrace looks out over Pampelonne, making it a simply stunning spot to take a dip. Even the newly developed private gym has views out over Ramatuelle.
There are various al fresco lounge and dining areas, designed to offer a mix of sun traps and shade, depending on your mood, and with good weather you’ll find you often take three meals a day outside, enjoying the sunshine, the views. The whole property is fully fenced for your peace of mind and encircled by forest to offer extra privacy as well as wonderful walks.
This luxury villa in St Tropez is nestled on the edge of the historic village of Ramatuelle. The property is set within seven hectares and looks straight out over Pampelonne Beach.
It’s a five-minute walk into the village and a 10-minute drive into the Port of Saint Tropez, with plenty to do and see in the local area.

You’ll start your holiday on the right note with a champagne reception as you arrive – a small taste of what’s to come.
Here at Villa Marie, the staff and catering team – including a Michelin-trained private chef, will ensure you are always well fed and watered.
Six of the seven mornings enjoy a continental breakfast buffet is laid out for you, and there are also cooked breakfast options for those who want it. On five days an al fresco lunch is served in the gardens, and then for six evenings, a bespoke three-course menu prepared, which your chef will consult with you on pre-arrival.
On the chef’s days off, the concierge team will be happy to make restaurant recommendations and table bookings for you so you can explore the food scene in the local area.
The fridge is restocked daily with fruits, cheeses, cold meats, soft drinks, local wines and more, so you can help yourself whenever you like during the day.
Please note that cooked breakfast and dinner are provided on six days of seven and lunch on five days of the week.

Children are most welcome at this family-friendly luxury villa in Saint Tropez. The highlight for all ages will be the swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and parasols to give some shade in the middle of the day, and with its own pool house to relax in.
