The sea air blows gently through the communal living areas, which comprise a spacious living and dining area on the upper floor with a well-equipped open plan kitchen, as well as a smaller living room and kitchenette on the lower pool level for added convenience.
The interiors are decorated in a contemporary coastal style, with high-quality furniture and furnishings giving the rooms an ultra-comfortable, luxury style. Polished concrete floors and a palette of chalky neutrals add to the modern-rustic feel.
Each of the bedrooms has its own spa-style bathroom for you to enjoy, and one bedroom is situated in its own independent guest house, giving its inhabitants a quieter spot to escape to occasionally.
The real jewel in the crown of this property, however, must be the pool. Watched over by sun loungers and a shaded alfresco dining area, it’s a perfect sun trap to enjoy by day, looking out to the turquoise Aegean, and by night it is beautifully floodlit.

Dining
The pretty town of Ano Mera, just a short drive away, is home to lots of restaurants and tavernas. We particularly like the unassuming but lovely To Steki Tou Proedrou on Ano Mera square – authentic Greek dishes in a traditional, quiet square.
In Mykonos Town, just a short drive away, there is a plethora of sophisticated eating spots. The Nobu venue Matsuhisa, at the Belvedere Hotel, is a must-do for gourmands for its Japanese fusion dishes that have become a byword for the food revolution across the globe.
For a more laid-back, local experience, try Sea Satin Market, directly beneath the windmills, where you can choose your own seafood or steak and watch it being grilled to perfection in front of you.
Or if you prefer to dine in the comfort of your luxury villa, there is a kitchen for keen cooks or if you prefer not to lift a finger a private chef can be arranged to cater for your every need.
Kids
Children will be thrilled by this luxury villa’s large L shaped swimming pool offering plenty of opportunity for a good splash without even leaving the confines of the villa. The villa’s twin bedroom would be ideal for children to share.
