A short hop from the stunning beaches of Civitanova, Villa Oliveto is set in glorious eight acre grounds boasting its own tennis court, 21m swimming pool, 400 tree olive grove and if that wasn’t enough, perpetual views across the Adriatic Sea. Each of the four vast double en suite bedrooms have their own terrace and are unique in design. Representing the traditional style and simple design the Italians are renowned for. No stone has been left unturned with the details at Oliveto; whether you prefer a simple contemporary composition or a lavish, Baroque theme, your perfect bedroom awaits you.
The swimming pool arena is simply stunning. A wander down through the magnificently manicured gardens you are greeted with a contemporary pool house overlooking the tempting azure waters of the swimming pool. Housing its own bar, a kitchenette, washrooms and showers not to mention a complete gymnasium, there is a little something for everyone in the pool house alone.
An accompanying pearl pagoda with numerous luxury loungers provides welcome shade and, armed with a glass of local Italian Verdiccio or an ice cold Peroni beer, this architects paradise is where you’ll spend a lot of your time.
For larger groups and subject to availability, Villa Oliveto can be booked with its neighbouring sister, Villa Olivo, accommodating up to 22 guests wishing to celebrate a special occasion or simply spend time together in unsurpassed luxury and opulence.
Location
The tranquil east coast of Italy is far from the madding crowds affording it the title of Italy’s best kept secret. The rolling hills of Le Marche coupled with the mountains in the west make for a beautifully varied landscape.
The villa is just 35 minutes from Ancona Airport, yet the ancient 13th century towns provide a sleepy and relaxed atmosphere. Head to a peaceful beach within ten minutes or hike in the Sibillini mountains. Everything is at your disposal in Le Marche.

All bedrooms can accommodate at least one travel cot, (available upon request), and are also equipped with hairdryer, safe, Wifi, TV and Villa Oliveto’s own Netflix account.
For larger groups, Villa Oliveto can be booked with the adjacent Villa Olivo (7 bedrooms) to accommodate a total of 20+2 guests.
Dining
Villa Oliveto is offered on a self-catered basis allowing you to take control of your stay. Why not fire up the barbecue and pizza oven whenever you wish? Throw some pasta together using local ingredients sourced in the nearby farms and markets? This flexible option will guarantee you soak up everything this corner of the country has to offer.
If Italy is the birthplace of dining, then Villa Oliveto is the epitome of entertaining. The interior is all about open plan living and being around friends and family. The bespoke Italian kitchen, with all the amenities you’d expect from a villa of this quality, has a Nespresso coffee machine and a breakfast bar for the early risers. In the elegant lounge, the dining table seats up to eight in supreme comfort but you’re not in this part of the world to dine inside are you?
Step through the floor to ceiling windows outside and the vision of Italian entertaining greets you. Under an aged beamed canopy, the vast dining table with views down across the orchard grounds to the Adriatic itself, is just the spot you have been dreaming of all year.
For those wishing to put their feet up and let someone else take care of things, a private chef can be arranged on request to prepare tailored meals for you and your guests.

Up at the villa itself, there is a table tennis table and an indoor football table too.
