Inside, artworks and antiques bring a homely feel. The villa is decorated in a neutral palette throughout but patterned soft furnishings and rugs bring colour and character and make you feel truly at home.
Each of the three double bedrooms has an airy feel, with vaulted ceilings and the breeze blowing in through the window, from which you have views of the Tuscan hills in the distance. The first floor has an additional lounge for relaxing in, and to give everyone a quiet space to enjoy whenever it’s needed.
Downstairs, a spacious living area with TV and a stone fireplace is a lovely spot to escape to in the heat of the day. The dining room nearby opens out onto the private garden, and the large kitchen with colourful Mediterranean wall tiles gives you enough space both to cook and socialise in comfort.
The outdoor space is what really makes Villa Pozzo, however. The private swimming pool, manicured lawns and loungers are just made for relaxing and soaking up the Tuscan sun.

Villa Pozzo is a luxury villa in Tuscany, nestled within the exclusive Viesca Toscana estate, which houses six villas and a number of suites, as well as a restaurant, shop and a spa all on site.
Only 20 minutes from the villa, you’ll find boutique shops at The Mall, one of the most well-known luxury outlets in Italy. You’re also within easy reach of several larger towns and cities, including Florence, around 30 minutes away, and Siena and Arezzo around an hour away. Rome and Venice are also accessible, via a fast train from Florence, for day trips.
The nearest airports are at Florence (35 mins away) and Pisa (1hr 30 mins away).

Each morning, you’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your villa, or perhaps outside, enjoying this al fresco in the morning sunshine.
This B&B property, gives you the opportunity to enjoy shopping for local ingredients to cook with as well as making the most of the nearby restaurant scene.
You don’t have to travel too far, however, to enjoy excellent Tuscan food. Villa Pozzo is tucked away on the exclusive Viesca Toscana estate and guests of the estate are welcome to enjoy the on-site restaurant, Il Borro Tuscan Bistrò Viesca. It’s open all day and evening, serving modern Tuscan cuisine. Alternatively, you can pick up ingredients from Viesca Reception to take back to your villa with its fully equipped kitchen.
The villa itself is a lovely backdrop to long, leisurely meals. Grab a morning coffee at the breakfast table in the cheery, traditional kitchen with its colourful tiles. Gather in the evenings in the elegant dining room and enjoy dinners by candlelight, or take your food outside for a laid-back barbecue by the swimming pool.

Parents looking for a family-friendly Italian villa will find all they need at Villa Pozzo. There’s plenty of room to play in the spacious property, which has two separate lounge areas for relaxing in.
The private swimming pool will be a big draw for kids of all ages, and the large lawned areas are just made for boisterous play.
While there’s lots to keep them busy at the villa itself, young adventures might enjoy taking part in tennis on the estate. The estate’s staff will also be only too pleased to help with booking excursions and day trips to cities further afield.
