Close to the ocean, but hidden among beautiful Italianate gardens, this is a real jewel of a property. Villa Sainte-Anne is a luxury villa in the Cap d’Antibes that is part of a prestigious hotel, but is perched in a secluded location across the road from the hotel itself.

The villa has beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy, with three Italian-style terraces with views of the sea, a stunning private swimming pool and solarium, barbecue area, outdoor dining space to seat 10 people and even its own citrus garden.

Inside, the light and airy spaces continue to provide a feeling of calm. Sunlight floods into the spacious living area, where capacious sofas, shelves of books and beautiful artworks provide a serene backdrop for relaxing as well as a wonderful space for entertaining. French doors open out onto one of the terraces so you can let the outdoors in and extend the space easily.

Nearby is a stylish dining room with Louis-style chairs gathered around a long refectory table. The villa is fully staffed with a butler, housekeeper and room service but amateur chefs will enjoy using the well-equipped kitchen, too. If you wish to bring any of your own staff with you, the villa also has an annex to accommodate them.

It’s impossible not to relax at Villa Sainte-Anne, but if you need any extra help just make your way to the private wellness area where a sauna and Hammam will soothe any aches and pains. There’s also a small gym and you can book yoga classes as well as body and facial treatments on request.

While you can enjoy total peace and privacy at Villa Sainte-Anne, as guests of the hotel, you’ll also be able to make use of the fabulous facilities just over the road, from the hotel swimming pool and tennis courts to exquisite restaurants and bars… or simply call room service and enjoy the best of both worlds.

Location

This luxury villa in the Cap d’Antibes is part of the Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. The villa is set just across the road in a secluded location but is close enough to make the most of all the facilities of this prestigious hotel.

The nearest airports are at Nice (20 minutes away) and Cannes (15 minutes away), and transfers can be provided.

Eating

You are spoiled for eating and drinking opportunities at Villa Sainte-Anne. Breakfast is served daily in your villa and, once a week, a dedicated chef is available to cook you and your party either lunch or dinner in the privacy of your own villa. Soft drinks and mineral waters are on tap whenever you want them. There is a well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining room with Louis-style chairs, statement lighting and wonderful artworks, with views onto the garden.

As the villa is part of the Eden Roc hotel, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy its plethora of wonderful restaurants and eateries. Breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed from the sea-facing terrace of the Eden-Roc restaurant. The Michelin-starred Louroc offers gastronomic specialities from Provence and the wider Med. Drop into Giovanni’s for perhaps the best pizza you’ve ever tasted or enjoy the huge terrace looking out over the sea at the Eden Roc Grill. And whatever you do, leave room for an ice cream from the Juice and Ice Cream bar afterwards.
