The luxury villa in Croatia is perched on the edge of the island of Brac not far from the harbour and enjoys sea and mountain views.
Cool, calming and air-conditioned throughout, Villa Sapphire is decorated in a palette of relaxing neutrals which allow those wonderful views to take centre stage. The open-plan living area includes a sleek, contemporary kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances and plenty of fridge space for cold beverages. Nearby is a refectory-style dining table under statement lighting, allowing space for everyone to gather together over leisurely meals. There are two light, bright seating areas, separated by a screen, to allow for both sociable lounging and TV-watching, as well as an office and games room. Plenty of space for everyone, whether you’re feeling like a party or craving solitude.
Each of the en-suite bedrooms is a calming retreat where you’re guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. Three of the bedrooms have private balconies with sea views so you’ll wake each morning to the sound of waves lapping the shore.
The outdoor spaces are something really special. The heated infinity swimming pool, sunk into the terrace looks straight out to sea. Al fresco dining and cooking areas and the amazing views provide the perfect backdrop for food and wine with friends as the evening cools.
Location
This luxury Croatian villa on the island of Brač is perched right at the water’s edge, with sea views across to Split and the mountains. The property is in the peaceful and pretty fishing village of Sutivan, just a 10-minute walk from the harbour and there are plenty of island adventures to be had a short distance away.
Brac airport is a 40-minute taxi ride away, or you can fly to Split, then take a taxi to the Port of Split and a ferry over to Sutivan.

Villa Sapphire is a luxury self-catered villa, where you’ll have total flexibility to eat as and when you want to.
On days when you’re cooking in the villa, the uber-modern kitchen is a joy to work in. It’s beautifully equipped with twin oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and all-important dishwasher. There’s also a wine fridge, beer fridge and espresso machine – all the little details have been considered. Best of all, you can close everything away behind sleek cupboards at the end of the evening.
The island area, with bar stools, is perfect for gathering with a glass of wine while cooking. There is also a stylish dining space nearby that comfortably seats 10.
Outside is a patio dining space and an al fresco kitchen with barbecue so you can make the most of the warm evenings and wonderful sea views while you cook and enjoy meals together.

Kids
Children will love the freedom of island living and the proximity of Villa Sapphire to the sea, but you’ll find it tough to drag them away from the stunning heated outdoor swimming pool – a definite highlight for kids of all ages.
Adventure-seekers may like to make use of the kayak that comes with the villa, and there’s also table tennis, pool and table football to keep them busy. The Playstation 5 console provides entertainment for those seeking some shelter the sunshine.
Three of the double rooms can be converted to twin rooms for children to share, and your concierge will be able to help with booking nannies and babysitters should you need them.
